It is very 'American' to 'not care' (or, at least say something like that), yet Americans are hypersensitive to descriptions of them and their country. Lacking substance, they fear for their status and being inferior. This is testified to very strongly by the exaggerated swagger of speech and certain actions.
Entirely and utterly wrong. Foreigners are the rudest people on God's green earth to Americans while, predictably, accusing us of being rude. Look at the NAME of this board--
US Message Board. Yet here you are, weighing in on the smallest matters of domestic policy like we care what you think about it. That's first.
Second, the world loves to crap all over everything American but also, loves to have the hand out when any help is needed. Guess what? Much of America is onto this now and, like our President Trump, we're eager to tell you to mind your own. Mind your own business and pay your own way.
Don't like it? I'm happy to repeat:
We.
Don't.
Care.
