It is a pretty open discussion by a panel of "experts," including Chris Christie who was once a U.S. Attorney. One of them claims to have been a victim of lawfare by the FBI during the Trump administration:
It brings up a point: The U.S. Attorney who brought the case has no prosecutorial experience.
The answer should be "so what? She has experienced career prosecutors working for her with all the needed expertise. So it won't be a problem."
Any reason that would not be the case?
