Here's a magic number = 0. THOSE folks SHOULD be charged. Folks being held for the same minor offenses as the Kavanaugh protestors that pushed THEIR WAY into the Cap Hill complex shouldn't be political prisoners WITHOUT bail, held in solitary in a certified ROTTING D.C. jail with 2 hours of "freedom" a day to work their case.

This all started because you insinuated something about the "right-wing" bail money to ATTEMPT to justify the "summer riots' bail money that even our current Vice Prez was hawking for. Bail money for THESE folks being treated like "terrorists" is non-existent and would NOT help. They can't even have normal contact with their PRO BONO legal representatives.

You may be referring to the Code Pink protestors, who pushed their way into the Capitol screaming profanities. Did the Trump Administration put them in jail without bail for a year? NO.

The Biden Administration, with Pelosi behind it, has made political prisoners of these trespassers to intimidate others from speaking out against the government. A similar tact was taken when the father of the young girl raped in a transgender bathroom was labeled a “Domestic Terrorist” and put on the FBI surveillance list.

The other thing that makes this overcharging of one’s political opposition so difficult to stomach is that it followed almost immediately after REAL terror was reigned down on American cities: the Summer of Thugs in which $2 billion in damages were done, thousands of people assaulted, arson run amok, and 30 people were murdered.

Ledtists have some chutzpa to complain about a couple hundred of angry Trump supporters who wanted to delay certification due to the unprecedented anomalies of the election when tens of thousands of people rioted, burned, looted, and murdered all summer long in support of a terrorist and racist organization.

Sadly, under Democrat rule, there are two systems of justice: one for those on the left, and one for those on the right. This is NOT what America used to be.

You may be referring to the Code Pink protestors, who pushed their way into the Capitol screaming profanities. Did the Trump Administration put them in jail without bail for a year? NO.

Code Pink might have sponsored it -- but it drew many kinds of crazy. They did not LEAVE on their own when in the office complexes and had to be carried out -- some chained together. And I believe something like 80 to 100 were arrested THAT DAY. Not hunted down over months. Almost all were released or minimum bail and NO harsh sentences.
