Yeah. It could be the tail wagging the dog, where a small number of people (like him) manipulate others to do the damage.I have. We've moved from socialist to commie, just to ramp up the hyperbole.Hey, I'm told now that BLM is worse than the Nazis. With lowest unemployment in history, Opportunity Zones and First Step Act, President Trump has done more for American blacks than Born in Kenya Barack ever didThe GOP has run against brown people, or the Other - in one form or another - in every election since 1968. This one is no different.
Trump kept employment gains on the same trend line Obama had them, until Trump confronted the first real problem not of his own making. You're bragging about numbers that no longer exist. "Lowest unemployment" is a fading memory.
The delusional buffoon - who lied to you that he had inherited a disaster - has delivered a disaster. Take a look for yourself. Don't rely on Trump's word for anything. At all.
Thank Obama for funding the Wuhan Flu
Also note how the American Taliban is cheering the unemployment
Ain't nobody cheering unemployment. Up to a minute ago, you were pretending it was at an all-time low. Get your story straight.
It was an all-time low, just before Xi and his US surrogates in the American Taliban unleashed the Obama funded Wuhan Flu. We know you're tap dancing at the UE numbers. Bad for America = Good for American Taliban
Yes, "was", past tense. Bragging about what doesn't exist anymore isn't a strength.
Trump was cruising to a 57 State Sweep until Xi and his US Sleeper cell, the democrat Party unleashed the Obama funded Wuhan Flu
Your theory needs more batshit.
How exactly is a person supposed to communicate with delirium and paranoia like that?
I truly do not understand it. It is crazy demonizing, almost frantic in it’s attempt to create an enemy.
Have you noticed an increase in accusations of commie in the rightwing ambient?
Then, of course, BLM is worse than the Nazis.
My favorite, though, is that the Democrats are worse than the Khmer Rouge. You have to admit, that took some out of the box thinking!
They know what's coming, and they're losing their shit.
In all seriousness, the tone public discourse has changed. I was reading through an old CDZ thread, for a different reason, but found it fascinating and this post in it stuck in my mind. And I think it explains the demonizing we are seeing from all sides now. Everyone likes to refer to Alinksky's Rulebook, but Gingrich's memo is also very much a playbook for political discourse today. We are no longer "honorable opponents"...we are "evil".
CDZ - Our Society's Incivility is Due to Our Internet Anonymity
Our civility has been in decline for a long time, before there was an 'internet'; rude behavior is endemic on airlines, freeways, between children and parents, and both ways on the latter, not just kids, and it's long past the time when we should be banning a majority of parents from childrens'...www.usmessageboard.com
Language: A Key Mechanism of Control
Newt Gingrich's 1996 GOPAC memo
Gingrich's memo, combined with the rise of right-wing outrage radio, taught that political opponents aren't fellow Americans with whom we may disagree. Rather, they are the enemy, bad people, sick, pathetic, treasonous traitors who aren't entitled to civility.
To me, it's this notion that we're in a "war" -- something you can hear pretty regularly on talk radio, for example. And you sure as hell see it here. Being in a "war" gives the combatants an excuse to lie, cheat, do whatever it takes to "win". The ends justify the means.
Well, once that's the case, any communication, cooperation and collaboration go right out the window. I wonder if it's because these people simply lack those basic adult skills.
