So, here's something to think about.

The left clearly wants to do away with anything and everything that can even remotely be connected to slavery. We often hear them whining about how, whenever they perceive they've been wronged, they feel their Constitutional rights have been violated, blahblahblah.

But, if these people truly believe everything connected to slavery is bad, and that we should adopt the approach of removing every reminder of it from the public arena, shouldn't those supporting such actions also choose to not demand their Constitutional rights?

James Madison was a slave owner; he owned over 100 of them. He brought slaves to the White House and sold slaves for personal profit. Surely this disgusting figure in America's dark history has, and had, nothing to offer people of color, other than a plantation to work on.

How is it that a black man can hate such a person with such contempt, yet rely on the very document he penned to ensure his rights?

How about this ponder. Every black should thank Madison for giving them the opportunity to live a free life and thank their ancestors too for what they went through for Al Sharpton to be a Race Pimp. Without slavery, no black would be alive. Maybe they should be thanking Lee for getting his A kicked.

No, what's mind-numbingly stupid is your profound lack of the mental acuity required to form an argument against what I wrote.

If it's stupid, tell me why or fuck off...

The left wants to do away with all references to slavery. Why don’t you?

He might not have worded it the best way, but it's TRUE that the reason we honor Madison is his role as a Founding Father of our great blueprint of a government for free people. It took us a long time to include blacks in that; took us even longer to include women. But we DO finally have a voice--all of us. It's why I don't agree with tossing these men's memories away.

This is why you are one of the few liberals I like.

Well, if we're going to do it, let's not be half-assed about it.

Madison wrote the Constitution, in which we find the Bill of Rights.

Madison was a slave owner.

Apologies if you can't see the issue here...
