Like I said, why not let every state vote and the winning party gets all the representatives? I don't like the idea, but it would heavily favor Republicans in the House(250 - 180) based on the 2024 elections.

Winner-take-all is how the current is how the current incompentent, felon, sex abuser, that committed espoinage got into the White House to begin with.

The "Winner-Take-All" of course is the EC College (48 of 50 states). I'd much rather see:

• Federal Legislation to end gerrymandering under Consgresses Article I Section 4 powers, and then
• Allocation of EC votes in ever state based the one EC vote based on the results of each House district with the remaining 2 EC votes (representing the Senators) go to the overall state winner.

Then let it shake out where it may.
