Although I did not follow the case closely I was under the impression this was going to be a hard conviction for the prosecution to get. I guess they made a strong enough case?

Some satisfaction for their employees whose pension funds they raped, perhaps. Not to mention that now they can be sued civilly based on the criminal conviction by the people they defauded.

Jail isn't enough. These two really should lose every penny they have in a civil trail, to be put into a fund for those who lost their retirement funds.
