You missed the boat..............each individual has to be approved by congress............which never happened in this case.

No they don't. That not what 29 other federal judges ruled, nor what the SCOTUS said.

The only one that ruled that way was the Trump appointed Judge Cannon who we have found out is on Trump transition short lists for DC appointments.

Convenient that she's the only one that thinks that in legal circles.

Wonder if her dismissing the case will help her get promoted? For the Trump admin, probably.

We'll see. I certainly don't claim any kind of crystal ball. I just know that vengeance or what appears to be vengeance can result in endless hostility. I think it is most likely time to try something else.

So play nice, and next time the Democrats steal another election, like they did in 2020, they will once again, bring the full force of the government on all of US. I know it is tempting for those who have done so much evil to receive their comeuppance. There's a part of me that wants that too. But I also understand that if government weaponization against opposition is to be stopped, it has to stop with somebody. I think he has chosen for it to stop with him. And I hope there are plans to codify it into law to make it far more difficult for any future administration to do it.

I disagree. When you allow one side to get away with it with no consequences, you are excusing it. The people that spent the entire Biden presidency abusing their power need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
