Obama never said terrorism was over. If he did, show us a link. Surely the President having said terrorism was dead would have been recorded and written about. You aren't lying about his comments of Bin Laden being dead and al Qaeda being decimated and on the run are you? Perhaps argue that Bin Laden wasn't dead and drone attacks weren't decimating their ranks? Maybe you want to argue that every Jihadist group in the world, no matter how small, Shiite or Sunni, even the one in Benghazi should be counted as "al Qaeda".
