This Story is almost too unbelievable to read and stomach......there is no questoin as to why a corporate business would cut and run from a situation like this...hell even a non profit would do the same...but...we need the boogeyman! We need to see a Klansman!

I wonder how many of those voacl loudmouths have been in that store and walked out with finger stickers? Whadayya think?

I only go to Walgreen's to pick up my prescriptions but I do notice that they have so many trivial items behind lock and key. Dumb stuff like deodorant and toothpaste.

I've walked up entire aisle ways where everythign was locked up.

Seems like a major inconvenience for anyone who wen in there shopping for those items. You;d have otgo chase down an associate for every little thing you wanted to buy.

No way I'd do that kind of Mickey Mousery, I'd just shop for that stuff some place else.

I understand why they have to do it, but it just makes honest people not want to waste their time shopping there if they have to deal with all of that silliness.

And another thing while I'm thinking about Walgreen's.

Ever notice how ridiculously long the line is to get your precriptions?

Sometimes you're talking an hour, at least.

Every singl time I go, they have three registers, but only one person working on a single register.

Now I go around 10:00 at night so that there isn't such a long line.

Hell, even the Dollar store is locking up such things now. i just order on-line for such stuff now. It's cheaper anyway.

For those blacks that are complaining about businesses closing because of theft, if you want them to stay, change your negative culture. Promote family cohesion via a two-parent household, demonstrate empathy and morality to the kids. Teach them to learn in school, rather than rebel. If the kids "act out" in school, teach them that children in ALL nations have to learn and thus they must study. Teach the kids to help their neighborhood to become a better place.

Walgreen's was losing $1 million a year to theft at this ONE location.

If Chicago's commie mayor can't provide everything his citizens need for free, maybe he shouldn't be running the city.
