Ya, so at what part of this video you posted does Obama say terrorism is over. It's a short video, give us the spot, at the seconds mark, where Obama says al Qaeda or terrorism is over. I see and hear statements about them being on the way to defeat and being their leadership being decimated, but not a peep about the claim that he called terrorism "over". Sounded to me like he was talking about the al Qaeda leaders who were responsible for 9/11 and the fact that he had taken out Bin Laden and most al Qaeda's leadership. Not all, but most of it.
