So what actually happened? Republicans submitted a continuing resolution without that attachment. Biden signed it last week. Included in it was $20 billion for FEMA.

Who is it who really didn't want it?? Trump. He told Republicans to not approve the CR that went on to be passed last week. Who else didn't want it? 100 Republicans in Congress. Not a single Democrat votes against it.

So now we see who who the scum is... it's Trump and those 100 Republicans.
