They cannot legally get federal welfare or subsidized healthcare, as it is against the funding laws for those programs. Of course, if they commit fraud to get on the dole illegally, it doesn't take many payments to exceed misdemeanor and be charged as a federal Felony. Anybody that knowingly helps them fraudulently get in the system is automatically in for felony conspiracy. They can go to an emergency room to get emergency care.

The actual illegal alien can't get benefits UNLESS they lie, which they often do, but their US born children (I.E. anchor babies) gen an endless cornucopia of benefits that the illegal parents administer in the name of their children.
