Sure.... except for the fact tht nobody (except for you guys on the right) could remotely think you could stop all illegal immigration. Additionally, sometimes a disease has a gesttion period where it is not discovered during screening.

Pennies spent now saves dollars (and deaths) later.

Not stop it but cutting it down to a tiny fraction of what you open border lunatics want is a good thing for all US citizens.
