New emails => new information => new investigations, if needed => indictment. She wasn't charged, so she can be indicted and IMHO should be. The first investigation was as totally rigged and dishonest. I think the DOJ should look at the existing evidence plus this new stuff and bring charges. I now it sounds like political demagoguery, but she broke the law that others are in prison for doing less. And intent is not part of the requirement to prosecute under the statutes.
