Favorite Spring Flowers

Those are both gorgeous, guys. These are pretty too (I'm beginning to have trouble thinking of new varieties....).

We have so many crabapples around. Beautiful in the spring, but a pain in the fall.

i am gonna go with crocus on this one...ring is right...its the first sign of true spring.....

bluebonnets....i hear they bloom everywhere in texas
 
Mine are a type of weed, sorry, I don't know the name.

they have a deep purple petal, that darkens closer to the center with tiny yellow stems sticking out. The body and leaves look like green staind purple

Everything except Acacia.

But I'm especially fond of daffodils. The kids at the private school down the hill from me adopted a stretch of land nearby and planted tons of daffodil bulbs (the rest of the year they tend it with other flowering things). It's lovely.
 
down here the azeala is always the first spring flower. short lived but beautiful.


 
Not exactly Spring, but some Roses from the dozen or so rose bushes around the house.

This was August last year I think.....

That's not it. It's more of a vine patch, than a stand up plant
