Explaining joe biden's anti-gun agenda....

Great explanation for why joe biden shouldn't be President....his anti-gun agenda...

Yes, 40 years of Republican economic and public policies have lead to a country which is sick, broke and unemployed - again. Three of the four largest economic crashes in American history have happened under Republican Presidents over the past 40 years - two in their second terms so they have no one to blame but Republicans, and now Trump has utterly cratered the economy, leading to social chaos, massive unemployment and the worst crash since the Great Depression. But hey, you can still have your guns.

Clutch them to your bossom. Hold tight, because that's all you have left after 40 years of Republican governance. You lost your unions under Reagan, your house and your manufacturing under Bush II, and now your health and peace of mind under Trump, but you've still got your guns!

Halleluah!!!

How did Trump crater the economy?

Be specific and cite policies.

Governors shut down the economy, not Trump you raving lunatic.

Be specific. Quote Policies....sheesh you righties are like broken records. Trump's denial and inaction caused these governors (Republican and Democrat..you guys always seem to forget that) to have to take action....almost two months into the pandemic outbreak. That's what cratered the economy. That gets laid right at Trump's feet. Specific enough for you? Ah..The hue and cry of "conservatism". A just and noble ideology. She's right on the money as far as Republican and conservative policy failures. You want to know why the country is in the shape it is, look no further than the failed belief system called conservatism.

But let's get back to gun control and the oft quoted YouTube Internet douche I call Hippie Stink...who looks like he's just another Russian troll.
Biden is lobbying for sensible gun control measures. I don't hear him talking about taking away firearms. Reducing proliferation of assault weapons is not infringing on your 2nd Amendment rights.

There is nothing sensible about what he wants.....each item only effects normal gun owners and does nothing to stop criminals.

We don't have a gun problem in this country. We have the democrat party constantly releasing the violent gun criminals into our communities over and over again...they are the ones doing 95% of all the shooting in democrat party controlled neighborhoods......if we vote out democrats, and start keeping violent criminals locked up, more Black Americans will live.....

We have a weapons proliferation problem in this country. We have too easy access to semi-automatic weapons and large magazine clips that honestly, aren't necessary and are only meant to kill or wound large numbers of people. I mean, you're not going to hunt with them. As far as the shootings you speak of, you need to first answer the question about how guns are so easily accessed in these cities. In other words, where do the majority of the guns that are used in this violence come from?..The answer..from straw buyers in gun friendly states. Rinse, recycle, repeat. This just one example...and by the way, you couldn't build enough jails to house all criminals (black, white, and other). That's a whole other discussion.
Where Do Guns Used to Commit Shootings in Chicago Come From?

They are accessed because criminals break the law.....

They use straw buyers.....people who can pass any background check, usually their girlfriends, mothers or grand mothers.....who they can intimidate and threaten to buy the guns.....and who likely won't face prosecution because District Attorneys don't want to convict baby mommas .....

And....tell me this......

Chicago......... vs. .....Houston....

Chicago has extreme gun control...there are no gun stores or shooting ranges in the city, and they make it hard to get permits to own and carry guns.

Houston....has open and concealed carry, and gun stores on every corner, shooting ranges on every corner.....and they are in a state next to the Narco state of Mexico...

Your theory on straw buyers doesn't make any sense if a city and state with easier access to guns than Chicago has a gun murder rate lower than Chicago.......you can't explain that.....

Dittos the states around Chicago...who have lower gun murder rates...the cities where these criminals are allegedly buying their guns have lower gun murder rates than Chicago....which makes no sense since the guns are more easily available in the original state...

YOu can't explain that.

In a gun regulated city, how do you think the majority of guns get into the city? And are then recycled for use in more crimes? Let me offer you a warning.
If you take a hardline stand on gun control, eventually, you'll find your side losing sympathy from those of us who think every law abiding citizen of sound mind has the right to bear and carry firearms (but not to protests..show a little dignity). Try being flexible and see the carnage for what it is. Make some sensible laws and I promise you, those of us who can see the big picture will defend your right to own a firearm. Those who want to confiscate guns, aren't dealing in reality.

You have no "sensible laws." You have step by step laws that clamp down on the ability of normal people to own and carry guns, while doing nothing to stop actual criminals from shooting each other in democrat party cities.

You asshats will never defend the Right to own and carry guns because you think guns are the problem.....while you sit back and vote for the democrat party...a party that keeps releasing repeat gun offenders, lowering the sentences for actual criminal use of guns by gang members, and keep releasing violent gun offenders over and over again..

Because they don't care about crime...especially in Black neighborhoods......because if they did, they would keep violent gun criminals locked up in prison, and stop releasing them over and over again.

Straw purchaser with 4 felony gun charges will not get jail time

A Chicago-area woman arrested last year for her role in illegally selling guns to prohibited buyers, some with gang affiliations, was sentenced to probation and community service last week.

Simone Mousheh, 23, of the Chicago suburb of Mount Prospect, will have to complete 15 days of community service in the Cook County Sheriff’s Work Alternative Program and 12 months probation after pleading guilty to illegal transfer of firearms last week, as reported by the Daily Herald.

Mousheh was arrested last September and charged with four felonies after an investigation by the Chicago Police Firearm Investigation Team concluded she had bought handguns through the benefit of her state-issued Firearms Owners Identification card and then illegally resold them.

One gun, a Glock 23 Mousheh later reported as stolen, was recovered by police from a juvenile offender on the West Side. Another Glock, a Model 22, was sold to Jayson Barber nine days after she bought it. Mousheh knew at the time that Barber was on probation for domestic battery, and did not have a FOID card which is needed to possess a handgun in Illinois. Police later determined Barber had gang ties. The Glock was the second gun she sold to Barber.

Over a six-month period, Mousheh purchased four Glocks and put a $1,000 deposit on an FN 5.7 pistol. Police were only able to recover the Glock from Barber as well as one other gun and a box of 5.7x28mm ammunition from her home.

ATF Lets Straw Purchasing Violent Criminal Walk In WV

Travis Bishop has been working the past 13 years as a firearms dealer in West Virginia at Tannerman’s Weapon Systems. The store is not only his passion, but also a beacon of hope in his community.

He has put on four food drives in the past 10 years, he’s active in his church through ministry work, he has helped countless heroin addicts though outreach programs, and recently helped 25-year old Britney Bretfield, a customer at Tannerman’s and an avid shotgun trap shooter suffering from cancer, by raising $5500 to help offset her medical bills.

This man goes above and beyond, so when people heard he alerted authorities to break up a straw purchase in his store, it was no surprise. The surprise came after the individuals were spotted in a local liquor store only 14 hours after being arrested.

On December 10th, Travis was working in his store as usual, when two individuals entered his store looking for a handgun. After approaching the two, asking if there was anything he could help them find, the woman indicated she was looking for a “gun with a beam”.

After talking with them only a few short minutes, he alerted his store employees to go into “straw purchase” mode. This slows things down behind the counter and allows them time to further assess the situation and call law enforcement if necessary.

Continuing to press for information, Travis asked if they had ever owned or handled handguns before and they both indicated, ‘oh yeah. yeah, we have guns.’ but neither one was able to say what kind or model they were. After perusing the store talking about several options and deciding on a handgun, they said, ‘yeah, we’ll take that one.’

Confused, Travis asked, “What do you mean ‘you’ll both take that one’? Which one of you is going to be purchasing the gun?” to which she replied, “Oh, he’s gonna get it, I’m gonna pay for it.” So he takes them to the counter to start the process and asked, “Which one of you specifically is buying the gun?” Again she answered, “Well the gun is for him, but I’m gonna pay for it.”

This Deadly Club Shooting Shows Gun Background Checks Don't Work

The recent shooting at a Fort Myers night club “teen night” left two people dead and 17 wounded in a barbaric and senseless crime.

Now the woman who bought the gun is in deep trouble for allegedly straw-purchasing the weapon for the murderers.

A 33-year-old woman faces serious federal charges after police recovered a gun she bought earlier this year at the scene of a deadly nightclub shooting in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Authorities charged Jazmin Challana Barron, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, for lying to a licensed gun dealer while buying a firearm. Federal investigators recovered the gun from the Club Blu shooting on July 25 that ended with two teens dead and a dozen injured.

Fort Myers police said the scene unfolded just before 1 a.m. in the club’s parking lot during a teen night. The shooting was determined gang-related and not a terrorist attack, as authorities are still on edge from a horrific massacre in Orlando earlier this summer. Police identified the deceased victims as Ste’fan Strawder, 18, and Sean Archilles, 14.

After the shooting, investigators recovered a MasterPiece Arms pistol chambered in 5.7x28mm near the club and matched it with casings found on the scene. Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives traced the gun back to where it had been originally purchased and then identified the buyer. A further investigation revealed that she provided false information when buying the gun.

When filling out her paperwork at the gun shop, Barron used a vacant lot as her home address, willfully lying (and committing a federal felony). She is also apparently caught in a web of conflicting stories about the gun being stolen from her (or not).
---Amazingly, the prosecution for the night club shooting is falling apart, due to the anti-cop/pro-criminal “no snitching” culture of the victims. 8 of 12 injured victims are refusing to press charges, perhaps fearing retaliation for what appears to be a gang-related shooting. Despite three arrests made just blocks from the club the night of the shooting, authorities say that they do not have suspects in custody.
Jazmin Challana Barron had a clean criminal record prior to the shooting, and even had a valid Florida concealed carry permit.

Straw purchasers such as Barron allegedly is are among the two major sources of firearms for prohibited persons, the other being the black market sales of illegally acquired firearms.

Those pushing “universal background checks, ” which is nothing more or less than de facto gun registration, have no answers for the significant problem of straw purchasing.

While straw purchasers can face 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for illegally purchasing a firearm for a prohibited person, the fact remains that the Department of Justice rarely prosecutes these cases to the fullest extent of the law.

Under the Obama Administration, straw purchase prosecutions have plummeted, and even those who have been caught red-handed have been let go with little or no jail time, even when the straw purchased guns were used in racist murders and cop-killings.

Still in ‘straw purchase mode’, Travis instructs his staff to call it in to get an approval or denial and start the paperwork to ensure they have a completed and signed 4473. As you know, the questions beneath the personal information boxes are specifically intended to identify potential straw purchasers and individuals not allowed to own guns:

And then they went to a pawn shop.........and still didn't get the gun....and then what did the Justice system do to the actual straw buyers...they let them go......

Guns are not the problem...the Justice system is...

No more than 45 minutes later, a friend of his who owns a local pawn shop called Travis back to tell him those same individuals had just left his shop where they were denied the purchase of a handgun. Within 15 minutes of that phone call, Franklin returned to Travis’ gun shop only this time, she not only came in with her accomplice, but also another woman willing to fill out a 4473.

She returned to the same case and pointed out the same handgun to purchase. At the same time, Travis was working with Raymond Fox, a friend of his who happens to also be a retired county officer. Playing it cool, Travis said loud enough for Franklin and her accomplices to hear, “You know Raymond, I just don’t think I have the space for this pistol right now, I’m gonna have to pass.”

Franklin immediately approached Fox trying to buy the pistol from him on the spot, saying, “You want to sell that gun, I’ll give you $500 right now, what do you want? I’ll buy your gun right now!”

Continuing to run the new purchaser’s 4473, Travis made the call to the state police to report Franklin’s return to his store and inform them of their stop at the pawn shop. Troopers arrived and parked in his garage, waiting for the right time to enter and apprehend Franklin and her accomplices.

During her arrest, troopers found a large amount of marijuana on her and thousands of dollars of stolen credit cards, plus a scanner which can capture credit card information at the register. Trooper Campbell informed Travis they were booking Franklin on the marijuana possession to hold her in custody and that Agent Smith with the ATF had been notified to handle the firearms charges from that point.

But here’s where gun laws and the bureaucratic red tape fail:

14 hours later, Franklin and her accomplices were spotted in a local liquor store. Although she had outstanding warrants in other states and several additional charges in West Virginia from her arrest at Travis’ store, she was a free woman.

Jalita Johnson Is Barack Obama's Gun Control Legacy - Bearing Arms - Barack Obama, Straw-Purchasing

Jalita Johnson straw purchased a handgun for her boyfriend and felon Marcus Wheeler.

Wheeler then used that gun to shoot Omaha, Nebraska Police Officer Kerrie Orozoco in the center of her chest, just over the top of her body armor, as she was serving a warrant.

----
Officer Orozozo died hours before she was to begin maternity leave, Her newborn daughter is now motherless, her husband a widower, and her stepchildren devastated.

Jalita Johnson’s penalty for helping to facilitate this murder and other gun crimes committed by her felon boyfriend?

A slap on the wrist.
A Clayton County woman was sentenced to a year of probation for lying about the gun she purchased for her boyfriend, a convicted felon who used the Glock to kill a Nebraska police officer.

Jalita Jenera Johnson, 26, must also complete 40 hours of community service and serve 180 days of home confinement, U.S. Attorney John Horn’s office said Monday. Johnson pleaded guilty in August.

Johnson intentionally and willfully made a strawman purchase for a known violent felon, who then used that gun to murder a police officer.

You really don't think there are drug dealers and gang members holed up in their basements in these cities with tool and die presses manufacturing the bulk of the guns that are used in these shootings?...do you? And the gun friendly states have a lower murder rate? well...yeah..duh...because most of them are RURAL. Every single city you cite below is within driving distance of a gun friendly state, and the firearms flow from there. You really don't think gang members and drug dealers are at these gun shows in these states buying up firearms to bring into these cities?....sheesh. :)...Straw buyers dude.
Look, there has been more than enough research done on this subject. All you have to do is Google.

America Should Be Prosecuting Straw Purchasers, Not Gun Dealers | National Review

Wisconsin isn’t alone in its nonchalance. California normally treats straw purchases as misdemeanors or minor infractions. Even as the people of Baltimore suffer horrific levels of violence, Maryland classifies the crime as a misdemeanor, too. Straw buying is a felony in progressive Connecticut, albeit one in the second-least-serious order of felonies. It is classified as a serious crime in Illinois (Class 2 felony), but police rarely (meaning “almost never”) go after the nephews and girlfriends with clean records who provide Chicago’s diverse and sundry gangsters with their weapons. In Delaware, it’s a Class F felony, like forging a check. In Oregon, it’s a misdemeanor.

--------

I visited Chicago a few years back to write about the city’s gang-driven murder problem, and a retired police official told me that the nature of the people making straw purchases — young relatives, girlfriends who may or may not have been facing the threat of physical violence, grandmothers, etc. — made prosecuting those cases unattractive. In most of those cases, the authorities emphatically should put the straw purchasers in prison for as long as possible. Throw a few gangsters’ grandmothers behind bars for 20 years and see if that gets anybody’s attention. In the case of the young women suborned into breaking the law, that should be just another charge to put on the main offender.

"Trump's denial and inaction caused these governors (Republican and Democrat..you guys always seem to forget that) to have to take action....almost two months into the pandemic outbreak. That's what cratered the economy. That gets laid right at Trump's feet. Specific enough for you? "

As the finest President in a full century said....
"Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so.”

And, of course, you are a perfect example.

Eleven days.

Somehow Trump is too slow in responding to the encroaching pandemic, [News of the virus’ highly contagious nature didn’t surface publicly until Jan. 20, Human-to-human transmission confirmed in China coronavirus] …and it took Trump a whole 11 days to shut down travel with China.

“Trump already signed an order Jan. 31 barring entry to foreign nationals,…” Trump sets new travel restrictions over coronavirus, considering southern border shutdown

Eleven days….

February 29th, first American died of the virus. First American has died from coronavirus, health officials confirm

March 13th…Trump declared a national health emergency due to the virus. Trump declares national emergency over coronavirus outbreak

Did any of the Marxist media mention that it took their god, Obama, 6 months from the outbreak of H1N1, and 1,000 American deaths, to declare a similar emergency?

Before we start discrediting you usual bullshit and lies, why do you leave huge blank white spaces between your paragraphs, wasting bandwith while saying nothing? I have to go through and edit out your white space. So typical of you to take up a massive amount of space, without saying anything at all. A true metaphor for all of your posts.

You say "11 days" like it's a meaningless space of time in this pandemic. In Canada, the Province of Quebec had their March break 1 week earlier than the rest of Canada. Quebecers went on March Break with no restrictions or recommendations on travel. The went to Florida and Europe and then came home.

As a result of that 7 DAY DIFFERENCE in shutting down, the Province of Quebec, had more than half the cases and 2/3 of the deaths, in Canada even though Quebec has only 1/4 of the population of the country.

The pandemic modellers have said that if Donald Trump had taken action to shut the nation one week earlier, 36,000 lives would have been saved. If he had shut down 14 days earlier, 54,000 lives would have been saved.

Every day that Trump denied, dithered, deflected and delayed, cost thousands of lives.

Trump declared a national health emergency in 11 days, after the first death.
Took Obama, with H1N1, six months and 1,000 Americans dead.

It appears that, as the Bible says, you ‘look through a glass darkly’ (1 Corinthians)

..... but that may be because it’s filled with Jack Daniels.

Drop back when you're sober.......or not.

Jack Daniels??? Somebody gave my husband a bottle for Christimas one year. I had one sip and spit it out. It's gross. My husband didn't like it either. He ended up giving it away to somebody he know. You drink that shit? No wonder you don't have the good sense God gave a goose?

As I said, the insults you choose always say more about you than they do about your intended victim. The things we hate about ourselves, we project onto those we want to humiliate. If YOU have a drinking problem, you'll call someone a drunk. People with low self-esteem, treat others as inferior. Your favourite insult is to impugn the intellect of others. Given the critical thinking skills you display in formulating your posts, it's easy to see why "stupid" is you go to insult.

Every time you attack another poster, you give yourself away. Added to which, you even cut and paste your insults, further displaying your inability to string together a cogent post.

You opened a bottle of booze, drank some...then gave it to someone else? Dang, what a giver. No one need to impugn your intelligence, you do a good enough job on your own.

My husband poured himself a drink, and I had a sip of it. We gave the rest of the bottle away to a neigbour who LOVES the stuff, because we would never drink it. That you would think we would "re-gift" an opened bottle of booze shows what a cheap bastard you and your friends are.

Yet you did...imagine that.

With all the Democrat presidents we've had since the end of WWII, it's a miracle that you people have any guns left at all.

I'll assume that you favor the "gun control" plans of the Democrats.

Here's a question that will leave you speechless:

What gun laws will criminals obey?

They have been stopped by the 2nd Amendment and gun Rights supporters voting them out of office......it stopped them cold in the 1990s and they are just now coming out of their crypts to try it again...

If you want to know the crimes being committed by the democrat party, simply see what they are accusing Trump and the Republicans of doing......

It is amazing that everything they falsely accuse Trump of being...joe biden actually is...

Biden is..

a bigot
he is incompetent
he is corrupt, in the worst way since he actually used his public office to get him and his family wealth
he sold out his country to Russia, and China and every other country that used Hunter in some capacity
he is mentally unstable
he has been wrong on all things foreign and domestic...

Why don't you look it up asshole? I would respectfully suggest that you stop trying to issue orders to others and do things for yourself. I realize conservatives are lazy and want everyone else to do their work for them, but I have other plans for my day that don't include you or your demands.

As my mother used to say "You're a lot younger and stronger than me. You want something. Do it yourself". Take all the time you need.

America should be prosecuting the gun dealers.
The 2nd amendment gives one the right to have a firearm yet it doesn't mean that they can't be well regulated.
Bullshit, regulated pertains to the militia. The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

It is not an "infringement" on your right to bear arms, to limit they types of weapons available to the public. Regulating the market is not an "infringement", nor is requiring training. Any of the things you do to protect the public in the operation of a motor vehicle, you can require of gun owners.

You have no compunctions about taking that "right" away from convicted felons. It seems you have no compunctions about stripping some people of their rights. Whatever your rationalization, it comes down to "All of the animals are equal, but some are more equal than others".

Biden is a life long career politician that will say and do anything to get elected in order to further himself at the public's expense. That's the sum total of what Biden says, has ever done or ever will do.

And Trump has a history of being prosecuted, lawsuits(fraud) and having to pay back what he misappropriated.

Throw a few gangsters’ grandmothers behind bars for 20 years and see if that gets anybody’s attention. In the case of the young women suborned into breaking the law, that should be just another charge to put on the main offender.

Yes it is. It states that very clearly "shall not be infringed. I'll agree with you as soon as you can show me the specfic part of the constitution that states you have a right to drive a car or ride a horse if you want to get all historical about it

Biden was an officer in the US military type move to declare and prosecute a drug war on its own citizens. I would never vote for my enemy.Trump has proven he is part of the system so he is not trustworthy either.

Chicago..gun murder 2016......765

Houston....301

Population of cities 2016:

Chicago........2.7 million
L.A................3.9 million
N.Y................8.5 million
Houston........2.3 million
Baltimore......620,961
Detroit...........672,795
Milwaukee.....595,647

St. Louis.......311,404

Murder rate 2016:

Chicago........765
L.A.......... .....293
N.Y................335
Houston .......301
Baltimore......318
Detroit...........303
Milwaukee.... 142

St. Louis..........188

Chicago........765
L.A.......... .....293
N.Y................335
Houston .......301
Baltimore......318
Detroit...........303
Milwaukee.... 142
St. Louis..........188

You don't understand the issue.........that is why you can't solve the problem.....

Your problem is a misinterrpretation of the word "infringed". Banning guns doesn't infringe on your right to own a gun. The Supreme Court said so.

Tommy Guns were banned, and the Supreme Court upheld that ban.

The NRA gave qualified support to the proposed law.

“I do not believe in the general promiscuous toting of guns. I think it should be sharply restricted and only under licenses,” testified NRA President Karl Frederick, a New York lawyer. But he was dubious about the proposed law. “In my opinion, the useful results that can be accomplished by firearms legislation are extremely limited,” he said.

The NRA at the time represented “hundreds of thousands” of gun owners but not gun manufacturers.

Fully automatic weapons were banned in 1986.

There have been lots of weapons banned for private ownership over the years and the Supreme Court has upheld each and every one of those bans as being Contitutional. It was only after the NRA was taken over by the gun manufacturing lobby that any move to ban dangerous weapons or restrict their sale suddenly became an "infringement" on the rights of law-abiding gun owners.
