That's not what you said, dumbfuck. All you said was more Republicans voted for it, which was not true.LOL percent of republicans in congress at the time to percent of democrats republicans had more vote for it then against it.
LOL any excuse for you will do to defend your racist party. That's not what you said, dumbfuck. All you said was more Republicans voted for it, which was not true.
And if you want to break it down by percentages, the percentage was higher for Democrats voting for it in the progressive "Union" states; and the percentage was higher for Republicans voting against it in the conservative "Confederate" states...

Nothing surprising about a KKK leader running as a Republican, seeking like-minded constituents to his root ideology.![]()
Ex-KKK Leader Running as Republican for Office in Georgia
Doles said the breakup of the U.S. is "inevitable." He also remains in contact with well-known white supremacists on social media.www.newsweek.com
"Chester Doles—a former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, the neo-Nazi National Alliance and the racist skinhead Hammerskins gang—is running in 2022 for a seat on the Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners in Georgia. Doles, 61, served four years in prison starting in 1993 after he and a fellow KKK member beat a Black man in Maryland. He served another four years in 2003 for federal firearms charges. He has claimed "misunderstandings or extenuating circumstances" in each conviction.
He is a supporter of Republican former President Donald Trump and, like Trump, opposes Black Lives Matter (BLM) and critical race theory (CRT) -- Doles said that CRT teaches "young impressionable children ... to be left-wing radical revolutionaries in the streets" -- Doles reportedly marched alongside white nationalists in the 2017 "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. He also said the breakup of the U.S. is "inevitable." He added that one of the reasons he's running for office is because if the U.S. falls under martial law -- "it's going to be your local sheriff and county commissioners that's going to mean something in your area."
Once again, another former Democrat KKK leader repents from his racist ways and decides to run for office as a Republican....Smart move for this guy to run for something like county commissioner because if America does fall -- people like him would be that much more powerful.....Seeing as tho he was in prison, maybe he has some very progressive prison and criminal justice reform policies he can help champion....I don't know what it is about current white nationalists, neo-nazis, etc -- but they sure do feel like getting elected as a GOP candidate is far easier than getting elected as a Democrat...
You would think since the Democrats basically created slavery, the KKK -- basically the whole concept of "racism" in general...You would think more of these self-described white nationalists and neo-nazis would just run as a Democrat...I am sure their policies on healthcare, labor rights, gay rights, etc are all aligned with the Democrats....most of them should be for expanding Medicare, just like the Dems...expanding workers rights, like the Dems...and we all know how much in favor of gay rights most white nationalists and Neo-Nazis are.....doesn't make sense why they don't just run as Dems...
He claims he was always a "Conservative"So.....he switched parties?
Yes, which makes it a current event....Three days old.
You spent all that time posting about a party that was really the Republican party back then, but swapped labels in the sixties.![]()

The GOP voted for and sponsored every Civil Rights legislation that ever was created, and all but one was signed by a GOP President. That's not what you said, dumbfuck. All you said was more Republicans voted for it, which was not true.

He claims he was always a "Conservative"
Maybe back when more conservatives were Democrats he voted Democrat......
They way you said "sees the light and runs as a Republican" indicates that he could have been a Democrat. Just saying. He claims he was always a "Conservative"
Maybe back when more conservatives were Democrats he voted Democrat......
why would he run as a Dem, if he left the KKK? That makes no sense.![]()

No, it indicates that he feels in his quest for public office -- he feels he has an easier time doing it as a Republican....They way you said "sees the light and runs as a Republican" indicates that he could have been a Democrat. Just saying.
Because he still holds the same views as the KKK...why would he run as a Dem, if he left the KKK? That makes no sense.
Be specific and list all the x klansman that are running on the GOP ticket. No, it indicates that he feels in his quest for public office -- he feels he has an easier time doing it as a Republican....
Which is why a record number of neo-nazis and white nationalists keep running for office in the GOP
He left the Klan,..the organization created by the DNC...obvioiusly he's not gonna run as a DemBecause he still holds the same views as the KKK...
He still identifies as a white nationalist....
He still thinks "Jews are replacing us"
And most importantly...he thinks holding these beliefs makes him a more viable candidate for GOP voters than Dem voters...
LOLLOL any excuse for you will do to defend your racist party.
