Rasmussen currently has Trump at 42% approval. Rasmussen has actually tested their question wording against the conventional wording of approve/disapprove polls,

and they determined their wording of the question adds about 4 points to an incumbent president's approval rating.

With that, one can determine that the Rasmussen 42% can really be seen as 38%, which then, interestingly, puts them right in line with Gallup, at 37%.
