All I got was 1 day notice

He just said he was dropping out of his engineering program and was getting a job as a driver for Fed Ex

He said he was tired of engineering and needed $$$

I just acted professional and said best of luck

Never had an employer who had the least sense of loyalty to me when I had real jobs, so no reason for bosses to expect it from employees. Ever heard of any boss who gave employees two week's notice before ******* them over? Nah, me neither. Even had an employer in the tech industry who fired several people on Christmas eve. lol Korean slime, mostly stealing other companies' tech.

That should be mandatory I think. Employees also should have some rights.
