Govt sponsored healthcare pushes pills and makes us dependent on a corrupt system.

Everyone needs health care coverage. Doing everything right does not mean that you won't get sick. Don't want coverage? Sign a waiver promising that you are sick and can't afford private care, you WILL NOT go to the ER seeking charity care that taxpayers must cover. Fair enough?

Government is not pushing the pills. It the pharmaceutical companies and the health care providers who are doing that

Sounds good to me. The health care industry -as with all for profit industries needs to be heavily regulated . A not for profit single payer system like Medicare for all would require less regulation but there would still have to be rules established by the government

The for profit health insurance business should be put OUT of business......that would bring down costs a lot.....but that isn't going to happen

As far as costs goes, sure, it would be funded by higher taxes but that would be offset by much lower out of pocket expenses for patients. It works in other countries

The unemployed, the lazy, addicts, criminals, and perpetual government dependents like the idea of working Americans forking over higher percentages of their wages in order to make health insurance free for government dependents.
