Does the USA need more socialism or less socialism?

I have no idea what you are blathering about. The insurance industry pushes the horrifically overpriced health insurance. Government , with the ACA has attempted to regulate that.
Our current health insurance costs skyrocketed after dummies forced Obamacare to take over the market.

Americans don't know what Socialism is. They've never seen it let alone experience it.
How many times have you told them they do not know what fascism is and never experienced it?

Who has read the insurance company fine print where they guarantee you, they will not overpay for doctors or medicine or hospital care? I never have seen that promise. And refund you the over profit they make?

If you don't know the difference between Socialism and Fascism then you are really screwed. :cuckoo:
It does you no good to lecture me. I do happen to know the difference. Why can't you explain if you tell others that they are wrong about fascism?

Americans don't know what Socialism is. They've never seen it let alone experience it.
So listening to refugees from countries like Cuba has no meaning? One doesn’t need to experience an outcome when they can learn from others.

Modern capitalism is the same as it always was. The right to exploit workers , rape the environment, and perpetuate the oligarchy

Modern Socialism is the same as it always was. Slavery ????? Please give an example of what you consider socialism in the US and how it is slavery
Wrong.

The environment is fine in fact it is better in capitalist nations than in socialist ones.

Exploiting workers is a good and normal thing so long as it is voluntary. They exploit the employer right back and even more. THE oligarchy does not exist.

However under socialism the worker is exploited BY FORCE. I never said anything about socialism in the USQ because it does not exist here.

I said socialism is slaverey, by design and definition

Try to learn how to read.

Obviously.
I do happen to know the difference.
No .... you don't.
Why can't you explain if you tell others that they are wrong about fascism?
First start a thread entitled: "Does the USA need more fascism or less fascism?" If I don't see it you can invite me to it.

CUBA, HUH? listening to capitalist refugees from Cuba will offer you very little understanding of Socialism.
One doesn’t need to experience an outcome when they can learn from others.
CUBA, HUH? If you want to learn from others then you ought to listen to socialists in Cuba. Is that very difficult for you to understand?

Cuban Capitalist in the US: ”It is just about impossible to purchase a new Cadillac in Cuba.”

Average American: ”How awful!”

Cuban Socialist in Cuba: ”We have top-notch doctors and their services are free of charge.”

Average American: ”So what?”

Why should I care how much insurance companies in competition with each other believe they must charge to remain in business.? In a free economy citizens can shop around to find the best deals. Furthermore, why should I embrace a mandated health-tax system that costs far more than the private plans charged?

You did not describe corporate socialism because it does not exist.

Socialism is a function of Government,
It doesn’t need to be though, that’s tthe crazy part.

If there are sooooooo many people who want a socialist utopia, the is absolutely no reason these folks can’t simply band together, put all their income and assets into a single “pot” and share that pot equally among the group.

Not seeing this as being all that difficult to do.

But reality is, those that want it, probably have little income and even fewer assets. Just beggers.

You're presenting the brochure version—you've accepted the used-car salesman pitch. "Free" doesn't mean "top-notch."

If Cuban healthcare is truly world-class, why are medicine shortages, equipment shortages, and healthcare-worker emigration recurring issues?

You've chosen to evaluate the system by its promises rather than its outcomes. That's the difference between propaganda and analysis. Fantasy and reality. If life under Cuban socialism is as wonderful as you're suggesting, why have millions of Cubans left the island over the decades, many risking everything to do so? People generally don't flee utopias.

You're just an idiot. I'm done with you.

The closest socialist utopia that existed was the Nazis in Germany from 1933 to 1939.

I had tried to mention several things. Customers seldom read the fine print. Legalize is inserted that most do not understand. Insurance firms need to explain what you will get back when they save money if any.

What else would I expect from someone who bought the used-car salesman pitch?

When the questions get uncomfortable—medicine shortages, equipment shortages, physician emigration, and millions of Cubans leaving— you replace discussion with retreat and insults.

That’s usually what happens when reality starts interfering with the sales brochure.

I never would post a title like that.

I prefer buying insurance from the competitive free market agency of my choice rather than being forced by the government to buy the government's very bad very expensive health/tax plan.

Really smart financial experts know for a fact that there is a direct link between rich people and good economies. Just look at places like Haiti and Somalia for example. There are practically no incentives for rich people to invest in businesses in those countries.
