They understand that but won't admit they are wrong. There is a difference in pulling over a boat and searching it vs blowing it out of the water

Im telling you the drug dealers dont stop. Are you telling me the US don't have fast boats and helicopters?
They do stop when they are stopped, they would stop with an Apache Chopper flying along side them.Im telling you the drug dealers dont stop.
Now you run along and spread your concern for drug dealers elsewhere
BS. Because we did that when I served down there but were not allowed to fire. They do stop when they are stopped, they would stop with an Apache Chopper flying along side them.
Do you believe everything said by known liars like the MSM and politicians?Democrats are trying to indict Trump for blowing up drug boats and going after their supplier Maduro. That is why this will ultimately fail.
"U.S. troops have been involved in patrolling and protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan. They have been reported to help with the cultivation of poppy fields, as well as to provide security in areas where poppy cultivation is tolerated to maintain stability. The U.S. military has allowed poppy cultivation to continue, which has led to an increase in opium production in the region. This situation has been described as a complex issue, with the U.S. military's strategy often changing over time, and the poppy fields being a significant source of income for farmers."According to the UN it does
Great post, and don't forget the domestic labs in the US producing drugs like meths, the only thing i would question is in that 20 year occupation of Afghanistan did they really try to shut the Opium trade down? i know at one time the Taliban banned the growing of the Poppy not sure how that went.
I heard that, now i wonder how much of that has reached America? if past experience is anything to go by the CIA will be in charge."U.S. troops have been involved in patrolling and protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan. The conclusion i draw is some of those people are involved.Do you believe everything said by known liars like the MSM and politicians?
Every POTUS since Richard Nixon has had his "war on drugs", and none have worked. All have failed spectacularly, except from the perspective of career bureaucrats in DEA and BOP.
What conclusions do you reach in analyzing those facts?
I think it was one of those unintended consequences of our presence in Afghanistan.I heard that, now i wonder how much of that has reached America? if past experience is anything to go by the CIA will be in charge.
That was essentially what Gary Webb discovered 20 years ago. I learned it in Vietnam as a young lieutenant. Some folks' minds are so closed they cannot imagine it.The conclusion i draw is some of those people are involved.
A word about Vietnam. A debacle that most of the nation saw coming. Why leadership didn't is an enduring mystery. That was essentially what Gary Webb discovered 20 years ago. I learned it in Vietnam as a young lieutenant. Some folks' minds are so closed they cannot imagine it.
I don't see it as a mystery at all. It is the characteristic behavior of the US government. Overthrow legit governments and install one that you want. They are still doing it.A word about Vietnam. A debacle that most of the nation saw coming. Why leadership didn't is an enduring mystery.
I remember having a conversation with a friend of mine when we decided to get involved in Afghanistan, he was full of it saying how we would teach those peasants a lesson, he didn't know a damn thing about history, i pointed out it will end in tears because in the 19th Century two British expeditionary armies were destroyed by Pashtun tribesmen and this would end up the same, in fact the last one not many got out alive, my pal made the same arrogant mistake with the Falklands war, he thought only Argentinians were going to be killed, when i pointed out they had a modern airforce which the British helped to train and they inflicted a lot of damage on our forces, he just didn't get it.I think it was one of those unintended consequences of our presence in Afghanistan.
Two words ignorance and arrogance, did any of them study Vietnamese history?A word about Vietnam. A debacle that most of the nation saw coming. Why leadership didn't is an enduring mystery.
Of course this is what you'd say, it's the Trump bootlicker go-to excuse. You and I don't have the intel to make a judgment one way or the other.
That is something the our government is privy to. We've gone over this in other
threads and you keep going back to square one, like it's changed.![]()
Did any of them even care? All they cared about was career and $Two words ignorance and arrogance, did any of them study Vietnamese history?
Well the videos ive seen and knowing they run drugs mskes me not give a damn.Of course this is what you'd say, it's the Trump bootlicker go-to excuse.
