Do you believe everything said by known liars like the MSM and politicians?

Every POTUS since Richard Nixon has had his "war on drugs", and none have worked. All have failed spectacularly, except from the perspective of career bureaucrats in DEA and BOP.

What conclusions do you reach in analyzing those facts?
I have already stated that I believe those drugs should be legalized, but they’re not.

Well the videos ive seen and knowing they run drugs mskes me not give a damn.

I will smell and onion and try to shed a tear for drug smuggling buddies later.
Do the emotions you express here also apply to CIA run loads? Should they be given a pass, or should they too be executed?

Blah blah blah.

Changing the story. What CIA RUNS?

If anyone is dealing drugs out there im fine with sending them to hell.

You wanna be their buddy? Thats your problem

We should legalize all of them and see what happens. :dev3:

We've lost the war on poverty; we might as well give up on the war on drugs and crime. Oh wait, doesn't drug use lead to more poverty and crime?

Not really, if it’s legal what’s the crime? Also, we’re not talking about the illegal drugs that are on the street now where nobody knows what’s in them or what strength they are.

longly

White House occupants have been "going after drug smugglers" since before Richard Nixon.

Why do you think Trump will succeed where others have failed spectacularly?

Isn't repeating and doubling down on the same behavior that has failed in the past considered to be a sign of insanity?
Much easier and cheaper to interdict the users than the suppliers. More effective as well.

If we legalize (decriminalize really) all drugs who cares what's in them. Legalizing doesn't mean they must be "quality controlled" by the government. Legalizing will increase the supply and lower the cost to the users. Safety won't be a concern of the government. We don't oversee rock climbing or other dangerous activities. Overdose treatment can be arbitrary as well. Of course, crimes committed that relate to drugs will still be prosecuted.

The U.S. drug policies as of the 30's, has made certain drugs illegal. Since they are illegal, their make up, strength, etc. cannot be known. This makes these drugs dangerous. Marijuana is the exception as it is a known commodity with known effects and mostly known strength. We find in States that have legalized recreational Marijuana, there is State regulation and they are assayed as to their strength.

I agree with Trump's policies for drugs like Fentynal, Cocaine, Heroin (for example) because no one can assess what is in a white powder or pills. I am for legalizing these drugs so they can be known as to what exactly is in them and the strength but I doubt if Trump will do this.
If these drugs are legalized (decriminalized) the government has washed their hands of them. Their use becomes just another dangerous private activity, like rock climbing or sky diving.

They do stop when they are stopped, they would stop with an Apache Chopper flying along side them.
Wrong, the Coasties routinely have to shoot out the engines of go-fast boats like these to stop them. The druggie's response to an order to heave to is to either just increase speed or increase speed and open fire on the helo with small arms (usually AK-47s).

I wasn’t talking about the government washing their hands of drugs. I was talking about the government regulating them. That would all but kill the illegal market.

The real war on drugs will come where society grows to the point of not making so many people's lives hell. Right now, every person is pitted against the other, prospering at other's expense. When man grows to where he realizes there is more to gain by cooperating and helping your fellow man realize full self-actualization so that a large portion of our society is no longer forced to live in poverty and slums and people don't need drugs to feel better or commit crimes to survive, the drug problem will naturally go away.
So Fascists make Trannies & Communists & Poor Folks ( Minorities ) do Drugs ?

If this situation is such a big threat then this isn't a job for coast guards it's a job for Navy Seals, so i am not buying it.

Nay, government regulation would increase the cost like it has pot, opening the door for cheap illegal drugs.

Growing marijuana should be legal. Besides, folks do it anyway. No need to buy illegal shit or government shit.
