College education = Marxist indoctrination.

If the Universities were actually educating people, the diversity of opinion and viewpoint would be much greater than what is evidenced right now.
Well, Trump did say he preferred uneducated people.

USAID either in its original form or with a different name will come back when Trump is gone because the aid provided is the type of aid the United States provided in the early days after World War II with the Marshall Plan.
I'm predicting with more oversight. A lot has been exposed and
I'm sure that won't be happening again.
Just remember, it was your tax dollars too. That is if you live here.

Trump is actually trying to do what we sent him to Washington to do.
So you're saying Trump was sent to Washington to destroy the US economy. If so, he is sure moving rapidly in that direction. Wall Street Economists are pegging the chance of a recession this year at 60% and a stock market agreeing with a lost of 9.6 trillion dollars since Trump took office.

We know now why Trump declared bankruptcy 4 times.

I showed you the rules, I wasn't lying, you were. I can't help if you're not on that much.
Your insults fall short of your mark, which isn't surprising.
When I mentioned it this morning, I was just giving you a heads up. I thought you were man enough to
accept it as such. You weren't, you were like a child with a victim mentality, and started crying. like
a *****.
She is an occasional poster. I think U2 is a she. She generally puts a post up about GDP once or twice a year.
You do know that rules don't apply to democrats? (never have)

Are tariffs permanent or negotiated? Biden's inflation already cost us $11,400 a year.
We sent Trump to DC to root out the "deep state", to close the border, to deport illegals, to fix the economy and the Budget, and to end the war in Ukraine.
According to Trump they are definitely permanent but they are subject to change.

Did you send Trump to Washington to raise taxes by several thousand dollars on American consumers with these Tariffs?
Won't happen. You people don't understand the point of Trump's tariff demands. You will. Democrats are usually slow on the uptake and have absolutely zero clue how to negotiate.

You do realize that Obama supported tariffs and Pelosi went on a tirade about 30 years ago regarding the trade deficit with China and tariffs. My how times change.

I found the perfect background music for this thread>>>

They supported tariffs negotiated by the Office of the US Trade Representative.

The Trump tariffs are not negotiated, they are proclamations. His current tariff rant is in support of his Tariff Formula which is based on a countries trade deficit with the US and US imports. The logic behind the formula is that a US trade deficit with a country and high relative US imports then they deserve a high tariff rate.

The little country of Cambodia now has a tariff rate 49.% This tariff on Cambodia represents the logical endpoint of a very flawed economic doctrine. While framed as a matter of reciprocity, the methodology ignores trade realities and punishes countries purely based on numerical trade deficits—without regard to intent, development status, or economic structure.

Cambodia’s case is especially tragic: in a policy originally designed to challenge industrial superpowers like China and Japan, it is a small, developing nation that ends up paying the highest rate in the world.

Is it America's responsibility to subsidize these "developing" nations?

When 95% of your employees have been cut, nor organization can still perform its mission. I have a friend that worked for USAID as an aid to the United States Marine Corp to help with refugees. The Marines no longer have her expertise with those types of missions, which hurts them, our country, and people around the world.
Unneeded. Suck it!

1. Ukraine has a ground combat military force of over 100 Brigades holding back the Russians. NATO's Eastern Flank force to help Eastern European countries with their defense only has 10 Brigades. If the Ukrainian military collapses this year, that forward deployed NATO force of 10 Brigades will be facing 200 Brigades of Russian troops. They will be cut to pieces in hours with that imbalance of forces.
2. Trump and his goons are planning to cut the active U.S. Army by 20% when it really needs to be DOUBLE its size. So no, he is NOT doing that. He is more concerned about a balanced budget than can support tax cuts for the rich. He cares little for the military and is in love with Putin.
3. I complained that unemployment would jump very high as the economy moves into recession because of Trumps stupid trade policies of raising tariffs. The Last time a U.S. President did this on this scale it caused the Great Depression of the 1930s.
4. Fraud waste and abuse to you, but in reality its a way to prevent the next pandemic, stop the spread of dangerous diseases, feed the hungry, help the third world develop so they can become allies of the United States keeping them out of China's orbit.
You have no concept of a brigade size, obviously. Stop posting bullshit.

Brigade size will vary from country to country. During the 1980s a U.S. Armored Division would have three brigades that were each about 5,000 to 6,000 troops. Ukraine currently has about 100 brigades defending against 200 Russian Brigades. The deployments into Eastern Europe by NATO add up to about 10 Brigades. The United States has two armored brigades in Poland and one Airborne Brigade. The United States also has one Airborne Brigade in Romania. The British have one armored brigade in Estonia, the Canadians one armored Brigade in Latvia, and the Germans one armored Brigade in Lithuania. There are the equivalent of three multi-national brigades stationed in the Baltic States, Poland and Romania, which makes a total of 10. But the Polish military itself has 15 brigades on its own territory as do other countries in Eastern Europe have their own forces. But those 10 Brigades I mentioned are the only forward deployed Brigades.

We aren't subsidizing them. We are placing a tax on imports to US. The high rate would make it impossible to import their products which are handmade garments and shoes that are unique to Cambodia and are certainly no threat to America manufacturing. This is just one example of how flawed Trump's tariff policies are.

The basic problem is Trump wants a fast and easy way to apply tariffs, force the world to agree to his terms, and wrap it up before it leads to a deep recession. It is always a lot harder to end a trade war than to start one. I'm afraid Trump is going to learn that the hard way.

How many men in those 100 Ukrainian brigades, dumbass?

  1. Three brigades

Ukraine's Army currently consists of three brigades1. These include the 33rd and 47th separate motorized infantry brigades, as well as the 3rd separate assault brigade1.

I strongly disagree with the way the government is reducing staff. While I’m sure Trump aimed for a swift and aggressive reduction, I believe the "chainsaw" approach—though it may appeal to some—is the wrong path. Staffing decisions should be made more thoughtfully. The chief of staff within each department should determine where cuts are needed, and section leaders should decide which specific positions to eliminate. Moreover, functions established by Congress should only be removed by Congress.

Oops, We'll see what happens. Sorry for talking, writing like the Orange Daddy for what calls itself the Republican Party these days.
Do you dislike Trump?

Trump domination continues! :-)
