I'm not saying it isn't true. It is a fact that Rand Paul is neither a MAGA person and he does seem to be inflicted with some TDS.

But in this case I would need a more objective source than just Joshua Hall before I would accept something as fact. Joshua Hall indeed shares the MAGA vision with us, but his scholarship has been found lacking in the past and he does engage in more extreme conspiracy theories than I am comfortable with.
