Chinas leader gave a speech about purifying the Chinese race some time back. So I say yes. The older generation in not just China but Korea , Vietnam, do not like children of mixed race and treat them brutally.

But... why pick on the Chinese? Koreans can be intensely racist too. Generally speaking, Asia is a LOT more racist than anywhere in the Western hemisphere.
