Jacob Chansley, 35, who became the notorious poster boy of the Jan. 6 riot, had been sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison but served only 27 months, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records. It is appropriate this gentle and intelligent young man be permitted to move forward with the next stage of what undoubtedly will be a law abiding and enriching life,” his lawyer Albert Watkins said in a statement to the Daily Mail. “I applaud the decision of the US Bureau of Prison in this regard,” he said"


If it wasn't for that explosive 4 minute video, Jacob may still be rotten away in a cell for years to come...but as soon as the video was released, the Deep State had no choice but to free him. And make no mistakes, it was the video that forced them to do this....no matter what his lawyer or Bureau of prisons said....

"Federal prison records indicate Chansley is currently at a "residential reentry management" facility in Phoenix, with a release date of May 25. He was originally projected to be released in July 2023, but federal prisoners can earn reductions in sentences over the course of their time behind bars."


It was a wild ride for this Conservative hero, to go from being accused of being an FBI informant, Antifa Plant, Deep State Operative by the same folks who now call you for hero.....that is awesome stuff.

This is an indictment on the sham "trial" of the J6 protestors orchestrated by the Democrats. They should ALL be released NOW and a counter investigation into Democrat/FBI involvement of the "break in" needs to happen if we are to restore any credibility in our legal system.

"Freed"? Really? The QAnon shaman was "freed"?

If anyone would bother to actually READ the OP's link, they would see that yes, he was released from prison, but he's now living in a halfway house until he is released on May 25th, and even then he has to submit to searches of his house and vehicle to a PAROLE officer. Failure to submit to those searches will result in his being put back in prison.

The last court filing in his case is an order granting a probation petition, signed by Judge Royce Lamberth on Jan. 20.

As a condition of his release, Chansley must submit “to a search” of his home, car or other property by a parole officer, according to the court document.

“Failure to submit to a search may be grounds for revocation of release,” it states.

A BOP spokesperson said the bureau does not “discuss the conditions of confinement for any inmate, including transfers or release plans.”


You right wing nutjobs need to learn the actual situations of what is going on, and you should know that there is a difference between being released from prison onto parole and being "freed". If he violates any conditions of his release from prison while on parole, he goes straight back to jail.

No. He wasn't "freed". He was released on parole.

If he was actually "freed", he'd not have to comply with release requirements (probation), and he would be able to go where he wished. I'm pretty sure that his movements are still restricted (I doubt he would be allowed to leave the country).

Being released from prison and put on probation is not being "freed". He's on parole.
