Did Pretti act lawfully?

Yeah, that's what I said.
I agree with Senator Cassidy (R) concerning the killing: “There must be a full joint federal and state investigation. We can trust the American people with the truth.”

Stop being afraid of the truth. You should be able to handle it.

Most Americans don't know that more people have been shot by transgender "women" than by ICE agents in 2026.

More people were probably shot in Chicago last weekend.

Stop being afraid of the truth. You should be able to handle it.

The truth is:
  1. As usual, the general public is the group with the fewest FACTS yet with the most MEDIA BIAS-INDUCED THINKING.
  2. The truth is that Pretti had no lawful business being there.
  3. The truth is the 1st amendment plays no role in anyone having any right to obstruct law enforcement.
  4. The truth is that Pretti had no business bringing his gun to what he knew would be a conflagration of arrests because he was there to conflagrate it.
  5. The truth is Pretti played a direct role in his own death just as did Renee Good. In fact, both just might be textbook cases of what to do if you want to maximize your odds of getting shot during a police scene.
Can you handle the truth?

Yes he did, it's in the Constitution Amendment the First.

  1. The truth is the 1st amendment plays no role in anyone having any right to obstruct law enforcement.

Yes it does as he was there videoing DHS Agents from the street, they approched him, he didn't interfer with the perfformance of their duties.

  1. The truth is that Pretti had no business bringing his gun to what he knew would be a conflagration of arrests because he was there to conflagrate it.

Yes he did, it's covered under the 1st and 2nd Amendments.

Nothing Pretti did that day justified getting OS Sprayed in the face (blinding him and resulting in sever pain from the spray contancting skin, eyes, nose and mouth), being thrown to the ground by 4-6 agents, beaten about the head with the OC Spray can, and while on his knees/belly (never having reached for his firearm in a rear waiste holster and after the firearm was removed by an officer that exited the scrum) shot while unarmed in the back face down on his knees.

Can you handle the truth?

Yes. See above.

Nothing that Pretti did was a capital offense.

Try reading for comprehension you idiot. That's exactly what I have said.

The officer saw the other take Pretti's gun. And still shot him. A few times. Then the others lined up and finished him off.

Nope. Just speeding. Rip them out. Throw them on the ground. Gun to the head. Arrest them. Lock them up.

Just for fun, fly them to a state 1000 miles away and release them a few weeks later on at a bus stop and say figure it out.

That's perfectly fine. Right?
They are not in the country illegally, in your scenario?

It was a minor interaction that ICE escalated to murder

It should've stopped after they pepper spray Pretti and that woman. Neither of them could do anything with all that pepper spray in their eyes.

Pretti shouldn't have brought that gun to his "peaceful protest".

I love it when they pepper spray their eyes and then grab their arms behind them

As you struggle to rub your eyes, they charge you with resisting

Yes, assaulting, harassing, and interfering with police often leads to unwanted consequences.

Leave police alone, and you are more likely to be struck by lightening than to be pepper sprayed and arrested by them.

If police are wrong, and accost you when you are completely innocent, comply with their orders anyway, and see them in court.

I taught my children that, because I'd rather they ride in a police car unfairly, than to be pepper sprayed and then still ride in a police car when they brought it on themselves.

If Alex Pretti had social distanced from those police officers, he would have lived to protest again, as long as the money held out.

No, not that part. You need to fast forward a bit. None of THAT part of the video is why Pretti was shot. Which is weird that you'd bring it up...?
Pretti was unlawfully shot. He was not an imminent threat disarmed and under control by 4 agents. He never met the legal standard for use of deadly firce
