So, you have no proof. Figures. She had no business being there in the first place. She was in the middle of the street where the police action was taking place. The rioters are told to obstruct and distract ICE agents. ICE was after a criminal, Signal told them where the ICE action was taking place that is why they were there, to distract, blow whistles and obstruct.

Pretti did not meet the standard for deadly force. He must be an imminent ( going to happen this moment) threat for serious bodily injury or death. He was disarmed and restrained by 4 agents when shot.

No he doesnt Pretti never met the legal standard for use of deadly force. His poor judgment doesnt excuse the agents wrongful use of deadly force. There must be an imminent threat of serious bodily injury or death. Imminent means must happen right now this second.
Pretti was blinded by OC spray disarmed and surrounded by 4 agents. There is no imminent threat. He should have been restrained cuffed and arrested.
