Serious question and please answer honestly. I'm asking because I see to me what appears of a lot putting Trump before Christ and that's really upsetting to me. Not like he isn't a great president but still he isn't the Lord even if he acts like it.

Yes that's true, but I'm talking about conservatives treating Trump as if he were the Messiah like he seems to think he is now. Or maybe he's always thought that and it's just come to light since his depiction of him being Jesus Christ and I've been shown the truth. Great president yes, but there's only ONE Messiah and that's Jesus Christ. Trump has turned into the golden calf for many conservatives now unfortunately.

I don't particularly find him to be a great President. Great presidents don't fight other people's wars for them. I find him to be like most other presidents. He panders to his base and his base wants blood. This country is headed for a great comeuppance. It's only a question of time. I hope to be dead before it happens but I am prepared for it should it arise. I hope everyone else has too because when it happens there won't be time or resources available.

Comparing similarities between Trump and Christ I don't have issues with, it's when people start actually treating Trump as Christ that's when I have issues with it and yeah I sure hope that one poster was joking too about Trump being the possible Messiah but I don't know about that...

Why must it be an either/or? Christ saves the spirit. Trump is trying to save our bodies (fill in asses, nation, or other).

I guess it depends on what you feel needs saving most? Without our souls, our bodies ain't worth much, whereas without our bodies, our spirit remains intact.

Seriously, since when is supporting your president or being happy with his efforts meant to compete with Christ? And please don't say it is because of a stupid art poster someone drew up or because of some loudmouthed pope.

After 12 years of Obumma-Biden, I cannot blame anyone with being absolutely mostly thrilled at the hard work Trump has done these past 15 months. For certain, Trump, unlike Biden, has not taken the easiest path through his 2nd term making much trouble for himself because he felt it was the RIGHT thing to do.
