Did Pretti act lawfully?

It is NOT legal to bring a gun to violently interfere with law enforcement. Stop making shit up. You're losing. Badly.
Its legal to carry a gun with a permit. The gun must be brandished or used presented. In this case he was disarmed and helpless when shot. He must be an imminent threat for deadly force to be used. That didnt happen

IT IS NOT LEGAL TO CARRY A GUN WHILE COMMITTING A CRIME. Why don't you stupid ******* liberals understand that???? He attacked ICE agents. He destroyed property. ALL WHILE ARMED WITH A GUN. I don't care how you twist this, that makes it a felony, and committing a felony WITH A GUN can be a reason to be shot. It's like you people are so stupid, this is why liberals should not be allowed to carry guns. They actually think the right to carry a gun continues into criminal activity. I guess the bank robber has a right to carry a gun to protect himself, right?

Stupid fuckhead liberals.

Was he at home? Was he at work? Why was he there? TO AGITATE. Well, he agitated the wrong dude. I hope he thinks it was worth it.

The law is clear. A reasonable person must believe serious bodily injury or death is imminent. That means going to happen right now this second. Pretti was disarmed, blinded by OC spray, and restrained by 4 agents. Where is the imminent threat. Its clear you have no idea what the law us.

Pretti didn't violently interfere.
Second, what do you have against the 2nd amendment.
Your side won that fight after Heller v DC.
The dog caught the bus, and now everybody gets to carry.

I have nothing against it. But you can't use it to say you have a right to carry a gun to commit crimes.

No matter how many times you say it.

I have a carry permit and training in both handgun combat and use of force laws. One must create an imminent threat to allow use of deadly force. Pretti did not have gun when shot, was blinded by OC spray and restrained by 4 agents

Long before? Perhaps a second or two. Not LONG BEFORE.
How long does someone have to be disarmed for, for them to be disarmed?
The problem is the officer that took Pretti's gun, didn't let the other officers know he took Pretti's gun.

Remember that when police do it.

Derek Chauvin should have gotten twice the punishment for carrying a gun while committing a crime.

And cops are punished far beyond what citizens are when they commit crimes while in uniform. And rightly so. The man got life without. What else do you want? I don't even think he killed the man, I think the drugs he took did. But that's off topic for another thread.

Long enough that people even know he's not armed? He HAD A GUN. He fucked around. HE FOUND OUT.

Doesnt matter they could all see he was not armed blind from OC spray and literally helpess.

Pretti had no intent to commit a crime.
He was reacting to the woman the ICE agent violently pushed to the ground and pepper sprayed.

A damsel in distress.

His judgement was poor he should have helped the woman instead he confronted the police and actually put hands on the cop

He attacked ICE agents.
You had better hope counsel for the federal officers who murdered Pretti have a more viable defense than, "we shot him in the back 10 times because he was attacking the half dozen officers who had a hold on his arms and legs while one was beating him in the head."

He didn't bring a gun to violently interfere. He NEVER reached for his holstered weapon.

Videoing DHS Agents is not violent interference.

Pretti had already been disarmed.
We saw the officer walking away with Pretti's gun long before the shooting started.

"Long before" is a mistatement of the facts before an unarmed Pretti was shot in the back while being face down on his knees with his hands in front of him holding his cell phone.

It is good when people you disagree with are killed.

That is lefty mantra.

I agree with them.

What a fucked up piece of propaganda. Pretti wasn't being confrontational, the ICE agents were. He was trying to help a woman who was being pepper sprayed. Then he was pepper sprayed and assaulted by half a dozen thugs, disarmed after never drawing his gun, and shot in the back multiple times.

Walter puts the burden on Pretti to de-escalate the situation because he was armed. Yet puts no burden on the ICE thugs not to shoot a man who did nothing but try to protect a woman being physically abused by an ICE thug.

If you can come to the conclusion anything Pretti did that day justified him being executed you've lost any any sense of PERSPECTIVE.
Pretti's death left you a job opening. Go take his place. I hear it pays really well to to be a paid agitator, and if you get yourself killed you get a bonus. Plus, you will become famous! It's a neo-leftist dream job! Don't walk to your nearest paid agitator recruitment center, RUN!
