But that has nothing to do with which paradigm is better, right? The existing high cost paradigm which services a small percentage of the population or the potential new low cost paradigm which takes advantage of technology and services a much larger percentage of the population. I suspect the university elites will become quite conservative in protecting the existing paradigm.
