Democrats in several states are pushing legislation to block U.S. (ICE) agents working to protect Americans from illegal alien criminals

Complaining about state actions which this is one.

Do you disagree with citizens being about to sue the government when the government violates their rights?
the U.S. Constitution establishes immigration as a federal matter, while Congress had the power to create "uniform Rules of Naturalization" (Article I, Section 8).

While leftists despise the Constitution, you might want to understand the concepts therein,

This topic is about states trying to pass laws that would impede ICE.

I took my question directly from the article. ICE does believe the Constitution as little more than a small impediment to their actions though.

Your hurt feelings and sniveling and whining is pathetic. Leftists make the kind of pointless claims you typically make.

If your only attempt at argument is third grade whining, go back to your cry corner.

Did Garcia come back?

Do we stop police forces from arresting people altogether when they make a mistake?

(Not admitting Garcia was a mistake, just asking the question)

I don't go for the "one thing goes wrong so we have to stop doing things entirely" trope.

If ICE was wrong, he can sue and be compensated for it.

The point is you said the judge would be overturned which is the exact same thing said about the judges in the Garcia case.

If we shut down every government activity after a mistake was made, where would we be?

The argument is to point out and shut down the illegal activity.

Both are still working their way through the courts.

Again, are you saying one mistake by a police force means they should stop entirely arresting people?

That's what you are demanding in this situation.

As long as they continue to insist on violating Constitutional rights, then yeah.
Not surprisingly, you care nothing for the Constitutional rights of citizens.
