They can just allow themselves to be deported and save themselves the time in jail, right? It should be noted, at present:
The average length of time between an illegal alien being detained and getting a hearing on their case can vary significantly, but it is often several months to over a year due to immigration court backlogs. Factors such as individual circumstances and legal proceedings also impact this timeline.immigrationbond.com

Are detained illegal immigrants cases eligible for bail?
Detained illegal immigrants are generally not eligible for bail due to recent court rulings that classify them as "applicants for admission," allowing the government to detain them without a bond hearing during deportation proceedings. This decision has been upheld by multiple federal appeals courts.

So, theoretically the six months in prison if convicted, might be as much as a year or more, in jail, just to get a hearing (without bail), and that is not even a trial. So, this misdemeanor federal civil offense, could easily entail felony level length of time in some place like Alligator Alcatraz, just for coming here to do lawn work or roof houses.
Why don't you realize that?
If they are illegals, do you think an immigration judge is just going to allow them to stay for absolutely no reason?
Brain rot is a horrible thing to see in action. Resign so we can all place you on ignore.
