Democrats in several states are pushing legislation to block U.S. (ICE) agents working to protect Americans from illegal alien criminals

One case.

Actually in certain situations, they can. If you are on parole they can, if you have a warrant for your arrest they can, and if you are an illegal with an active warrant or detainer they can.

This judge is likely a Dem hacktivist.

Not just one case.

The argument is to point out and shut down the illegal activity.
But you exclude your criminal illegal heroes from your screeching and whining about shutting down illegal activity.

Not surprisingly, you care nothing for the Constitutional rights of citizens.
The Bill of Rights apply to all PERSONS within the United States, not just citizens. What is so difficult to understand about that? What part of "all people" in the Declaration of Independence do you not understand?

And no, states have no responsibility whatsoever to enforce immigration law.

The Fourteenth Amendment prohibits a State from depriving any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and from denying to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws, but it adds nothing to the rights of one citizen as against another. It simply furnishes an additional guaranty against any encroachment by the States upon the fundamental rights which belong to every citizen as a member of society. The duty of protecting all its citizens in the enjoyment of an equality of rights was originally assumed by the States, and it still remains there. The only obligation resting upon the United States is to see that the States do not deny the right. This the Amendment guarantees, but no more. The power of the National Government is limited to the enforcement of this guaranty.

That long, tedious cut and paste fails to identify that states cannnot impede federal immigration enforcement.

Democrats are so desperate to protect their illegal alien criminals that they’re hoping to push legislation to make the US a sanctuary country.

So, I read your link and began to run inmate locater searches for the listed criminals. To the person, almost all of them were already incarcerated. I mean damn, look at the pictures. ICE picks up already incarcerated criminals and crow about all the felons they are arresting. Then they send agents to school parking lots, church gatherings, immigration court proceedings and deport grandmothers that have lived here for decades, students attending universities, and children with cancer.

I understand you want your criminal illegal rapists, child molesters and murderers to be excempt from law enforcement but that’s not going to happen.

Otherwise your hysterical rant was pointless.

Sure it does. First, it is easy to see, the state has no obligation whatsoever to assist in federal enforcement of federal law. And we have seens this throughout history. Perhaps most recently, cannabis laws. Another copy and paste,

That this Assembly doth explicitly and peremptorily declare, that it views the powers of the Federal Government, as resulting from the compact, to which the states are parties, as limited by the plain sense and intention of the instrument constituting that compact; as no farther valid than they are authorized by the grants enumerated in that compact; and that in case of a deliberate, palpable and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said compact, the states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose, for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them.

No, I want convicted violent criminals, illegal, and hell, legal immigrants for that matter, deported. And when you look at the numbers, the actual numbers, Biden deported more violent criminals in 2024 than Trump did in 2025.

You, on the other hand, are the poster child for this quote,

"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."

Not just one case.

Again, are you demanding perfection?

This would go a lot smoother if blue States would stop the "resistance theater"

They are forced to take these absolutely irrational positions and don’t seem to care how retarded those positions may be. They are apparently immune to any feelings of shame.

If President Trump was mounting a campaign to cease all production of the SNL-originated children’s’ “toy,” “Bag of Broken Glass” the Dims would demand that babies and toddlers have the RIGHT to expose themselves to the dangers of playing with very sharp pointy things.

Our TDS-infected libtards and Dems always take these absolutely irrational most irrational positions. And opposing government law enforcement agents from doing their jobs is one of their most irrational positions. But they are too brainwashed to know it.

I’m afraid you will have to deal with your hurt feelings that your heroes are being arrested.

According to DHS, the list includes criminal illegal aliens from Liberia, Thailand, El Salvador, Mexico, Spain, Nigeria, and Laos. Further, DHS said individuals from that group have been convicted of armed robbery of a business, burglary, indecent exposure, criminal sexual conduct, drug possession with intent to distribute, and willful reckless driving.

Let me intercede here.

ICE deported more than 622,000 people in a year, with 170 US Citizens improperly detained, which means they are running a 99.97% success rate and a 0.02% failure rate that is within what is considered "statistical perfection".

Also meaning an encounter with an ICE operation, with its admitted failures, provides a better chance than going to a hospital and the highly educated, well trained, certified and licensed nurse will give you the proper medication as labeled on the bottle.

That nitwit's desire to "throw the baby out with the bathwater" is just incredibly stupid.
