It appears that other presidents of both parties have employed the national Guard to enforce Federal regulations when state and cities refuse to comply with Federal orders/
So why has it become something unconstitutional when Trump does the same?
Immigration laws must be enforced for law and order and removal and deportation of illegals necessary especially for removal of criminals.
Plainly, ICE Agents are not interfering in civilian law enforcement,
They are carrying out the laws and regulations promulgated by Congress to pursue those that have violated immigration laws.
The National Guard has been employed to protect federal property and noy police the streets.
