Kash Patel Helps Trump Take Revenge on Democrats for Message to Troops

Legally speaking, please site abuses of power by Trump.

Deploying federal troops into cities during peacetime
Using federal troops for enforcement of immigration law
Sinking private boats in international waters during peacetime

Vindictive prosecution of Jim Comey and Letitia James.
According to what law? And, if those prosecutions is deemed unlawful, how does that align with Mark Kelly’s call to action of the US Troops not to obey Trump as the Commander in Chief? It was unlawful for Bill Clinton to go after political enemies with vindictive IRS audits or the similar vindictive denial or delay of tax exempt status by Obama on opposing political groups …. Yet you never saw a call for Troops to disobey their calls as Commander in Chief.

Vindictive prosecution is unconstitutional.

Telling military they don’t have to obey illegal orders is protected by the first amendment.

Okay, these are your opinions. Factually speaking, these haven’t been deemed illegal according to law. Currently, these are simply policies you don’t like.

Based on your logic, when the Democrats get back to power and re-engage their social engineering DEI policies throughout the Armed Services, conservatives can call on troops to ignore or disobey these mandates such as same sex bathrooms and transgenders in combat.

You said abuses of power not illegal
Name another President who has done those things

Those three Trump actions are being challenged in court

It's perfectly appropriate and lawful for members of Congress to remind military service members that they can refuse to obey Trump’s illegal orders.
Only Trump's?

If what they did was perfectly appropriate, I'm sure they will want to fully cooperate with the authorities so they can clear their good names.

Otherwise, they will be shown to be nothing more than partisan hacks who are hoping to prompt some service person into disobeying what will of course turn out to be alwaful order so they can have another Chelsea Manning type martyr.

You post a quote of Democrats in the video saying an illegal order had already been issued.
If no illegal orders have been issued, and the video encouraged service people not to follow orders, then those congress folk were encouraging service people to disobey lawful orders.

You and Fitz need to find "common TDS ground" on this...
Translation: ā€œ I could not find anything in the video about Democrats claiming Trump already issued illegal ordersā€.
You and I are right. Whoever says otherwise is wrong. You and I have common ground because we both haven’t seen democrats make that claim.

It’s the opinion of the court

You people challenge everything in Court that Trump does. What else is new. Indictments, petitions, lawsuits are like candy for the Left.

I think it is abuse of power to restrict domestic drilling for oil, mandate DEI policies that supersede military standards, or mandate vaccines backed by threat of job termination. Therefore, the troops should disobey orders of any kind when these abuses of power come back under Democrats..

It’s an Opinion….. one that is being challenged. No specific law violation has been sited. Hey, part of me hopes Mark Kelly and the remaining seditious five are correct because that will set precedent for years to come that will bite Democrats in the ass.
The opinion of the court is binding.

I don’t know what precedent you think they’re setting. All they did was remind us all of what the UCMJ says about illegal orders.

Logic is not your friend

Whataboutism deflection does not answer the question

Trump is crossing new ground on Presidential power
These actions are being challenged in court
If the court refuses to restrict the president then those new powers will be available to future Presidents……even Democrats

You are confusing legal citations, or, ā€œwhat laws have been violated?ā€ with what aboutisms.

As for Democrats, I’m already used to them abusing Presidential Power by weaponizing the cabinet agencies and courts. In fact, I’m starting to see the benefit of what Mark Kelly and the rest of the seditious six are proposing. When the Democrats get back in power and resume their unlawful DEI programs and weaponizing of government agencies and courts, US Troops should challenge what is coming out of a Democrat White House.

The UCMJ code reminder was their story AFTER they got negative feedback and potential charges against Mark Kelly.

The precedent the seditious 6 are setting is that Troops can challenge President’s orders if they think they are illegal…… which, I am looking forward to the next Democrat President.

First troop that gets cour-martialled for following that horrible advice will get zero help or support from the Six Concern Trolls.

The FBI is now going after the six Democrats for their video reminding troops to follow the Constitution.

ā€˜Kash Patel’s FBI is joining the hunt against the so-called ā€œSeditious Six,ā€ signaling the administration’s commitment to taking revenge on the six Democratic members of Congress who dared tell soldiers that they didn’t have to follow illegal orders.

The FBI has requested interviews with Senators Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin, and Representatives Jason Crow, Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan—all military and intelligence veterans—for their participation in the now-infamous video in which they reminded the military that they swore an oath to be loyal to the U.S. Constitution, not President Trump. The Trump administration saw this as treasonous, called for them to be hanged, and is weighing court-martialing Kelly.’

It's perfectly appropriate and lawful for members of Congress to remind military service members that they can refuse to obey Trump’s illegal orders.

Trump’s desire for revenge is purely partisan, further proof of the Trump regime’s lawlessness and corruption.
You post a lot of feel good stories that I like. Thanks for posting another one.
