Democrat Senator Mark Kelly Faces Court-Martial After Department of War Launches Review of Allegations of Misconduct

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, NOT EVEN DEMOCRAT MARK KELLY!

Well Trump is.

He's a convicted felon and escaped punishment because the President is above the law.

He also 100% commited espionage and got the case dismissed by a Judge who went against ever previous ruling having to do with the appointment of a Special Prosecuter.

If a number of celebrities got together and made a video of themselves reading Article 2 of the Constitution, pointing out areas that trump claims authority over that Article 2 does not give him, would they be investigated? On what grounds?
Probably not. False equivalency, if you are trying to make one.

These Democrats did not read the UCMJ to the service people, they offered a misleding interpretation of the UCMJ as fact.

They rightly said that service people are only required to obey lawful orders but they deliberately left out the part of the UCMJ that says that orders are presumed to be lawful and that the burden of proving the order unlawful would be on them if they decided not to follow one.

All should be investigated for practicing law (and badly) without a license. Captain Kelly voluntarily subjected himself to the UCMJ for life, so his investigation will be done by the proper military authorities.

You are one of those who claim Trump committed mortgage fraud and Mar a Lago is worth $13 million.

"Captain Kelly, what did you say, precisely, that provoked Trump's hysteria?"

"I said, 'Our laws are clear: you can refuse illegal orders.'"

"Case dismissed. We have more important things to do than indulge a cry baby's petty vendettas."

This highlights the difference between Trump 1.0 and Trump 2.0

Trump 1.0 the Sec Defense would say…. Sorry Sir but that is not a crime and can’t be prosecuted.

Trump 2.0, the Sec of War says…..Yes Sir, I will get right on it

Since you referred to Capt. Kelly as a "flag officer" and a "General" (he was neither).

Now you say that the UCMJ requires that all orders are presumed legal.

Please cite the Article of the UCMJ that states this. (Not court cases, not tradition, etc. - you said it actually says it.)

Here is even a link to help you.

NOTE: The word "presume" appears in the UCMJ exactly once, in reference to the presumed innocence until convicted by a court.

Nobody has been prosecuted, Mister Hysteria.

The FBI has a few questions for them, that's all. If they are innocent, they have nothing to worry about. If they are not innocent, their expensive lawyers will advise them to take the fifth, as is every American's right.

They also have the right to refuse any such "interview" unless subpeoned by a court of law. So they can tell the FBI pack sand until they show up with a court order.

Not what Hegseth says

Shouldn’t Hegseth tell Trump that prosecuting those Congress members is an illegal act and refuse to do it?

It was done to sow discord.

The democrat way.
You ducked the question…..

Be honest Dell

Do you believe Congress members telling someone to obey the law is a crime?

No.

He should gather evidence before making a statement like that just because rightwinger wants him to.

If they are innocent, they have nothing to worry about.

There is no requirement that the Uniform Code of Military Justice must be recited in it's entirety.

Captain Kelly's point is entirely consistent with the UCMJ:

"Our laws are clear: you can refuse illegal orders."
It is the whiny blowhard's repeated incendiary misrepresentation of what was actually said and his perversion of the military justice system for his petty vendettas that are dangerous and harmful to the nation.

We haven't seen all the evidence yet, why do you want to pre-judge?

It may turn out that there is no crime to be charged, or a crime may be charged and Captain Kelly be found not guilty. Or he may be found guilty, and appeal until the conviction is reversed. Or he may be found guilty, take it all the way to the USSC and his conviction be upheld.

The final outcome is not what is important. What is important is that Captain/Senator Kelly experience some of the same processes Donald Trump, and Trump's family, and his associates were put through by the weaponized DOJ/FBI. Which Mark Kelly fully supported.

Do kids your age really not learn the phrase "Sauce for the Goose is Sauce for the Gandar" anymore? How about "You Reap what you Sow?" How about "What Goes around Comes Around?"

Too busy reading "Leslie has Two Mommies plus One Non-binary Parenting Person," I guess.

But I know you remember the one about "If they are innocent, they have nothing to worry about." That was only last year, by everyone in your party.

I'll have to wait and see what FBI/DOJ say.

Because active military have a lot of restrictions on when they can talk to the press and what they can say.
Very interesting. I'm sure the Seditious Six were well aware of that fact when they conspired with the DNC to sow discord among our military.

Anyone would have to be stupid to answer any questions from the FBI. What part of that do you not understand?
