No. The child recieves no due process. Nor should murdering a child be an acceptable response to eliminate the consequences of previous choices. if you chose to put yourself in a position where a pregnancy occur, why should the child suffer because you dont want to take responsibility? There are alternatives.

The real question is whether the federal government should be funding it. and the answer is no. The market place should drive research.

Yes. Thousands of blastocysts are discarded on a regular basis by IVF clinics. DOn't see anybody kickin up a fuss about those "unborn babies" being tossed out with the rest of the medical waste.

It's a free speech thing. Many people make demands while excercising their free speech. The only thing is, they have to learn that they cannot expect people to obey their demands... At least if they are not insane they can't.
