Customize Button

I am a site ??????. It's suppose to have a "customize' button to change colors & fonts. It doesn't show up on my screen.

So I call the company & tell them this. The lady asks what browser I use, to which I reply Foxfire. She said I have to use Internet Explorer to get that button to show & make the changes I want. She said all I have to do is switch to customize and then go back.

I have played with this computer long enough and STILL NO BUTTON. Can anyone please help me how this is done?

Okay, what did I screw up now?
The computer is still remembering my passwords, but it would remember the sign in name on sites so that when I hit the first letter the whole name would show up. Now it isn't doing it. Grrrrrrrr
