A white couple from Clarkston, Michigan, was arrested and charged with a felony after a video showed the woman pointing a gun at a Black mother and her two daughters.

Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42, were taken into custody on Wednesday, the same day they got into an altercation with the family at a Chipotle in Orion Township.

The Oakland County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday that the Wuestenbergs were charged with felonious assault.

Deputies were called to the Chipotle around 6 p.m. local time for reports of threats involving a firearm, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office said in a press release. Both the Wuestenbergs and the family, whom authorities did not identify, had called police on each other.

Part of the altercation was captured on cellphone video and shows two women off-camera accusing Jillian Wuestenberg of bumping into them. Eric Wuestenberg enters the frame and helps his wife get into their car before exchanging words with the mother.

"You gonna f---ing hit me," the mother yells. Both groups begin arguing and the video shows Jillian Wuestenberg get out of the car and point a gun at the mother.

"Get away," Jillian Wuestenberg says, telling her husband to call the police. "Get the f--- away."

The video ends with Jillian Wuestenberg getting back into the car and the couple driving away. The footage does not show what led up to the altercation but Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard said that it began when one group bumped into the other.

No, First Amendment doesn't give you the right to harass anyone. They needed to LEAVE THIS COUPLE ALONE. Nothing else. The couple did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to simply leave in peace. The rabid dogs couldn't leave them alone

Michael Bouchard and Jessica Cooper:

Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42 of Clarkston, MI, have been wrongfully charged by your office with Felonious Assault, a felony that could carry a sentence of up to 4 years of imprisonment.

The Wuestenbergs were the victims of hate crimes and were only attempting to defend themselves from three black aggressors. Talekia Hill and her 15 and 13 year old daughters confronted, verbally assaulted, cornered and threatened harm to Jillian Wuestenberg, a pregnant woman, and her husband. They also attempted to stop the Wuestenberg’s by blocking their vehicle, and then began pounding in it.

The Wuestenbergs had a legal right to STAND THEIR GROUND, and their arrest and egregious charges are a blatant violation of their civil rights and liberties!

SELF-DEFENSE ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 309 of 2006

780.972 Use of deadly force by individual not engaged in commission of crime; conditions.Sec. 2.

(1) An individual who has not or is not engaged in the commission of a crime at the time he or she uses deadly force may use deadly force against another individual anywhere he or she has the legal right to be with no duty to retreat if either of the following applies:
(a) The individual honestly and reasonably believes that the use of deadly force is necessary to prevent the imminent death of or imminent great bodily harm to himself or herself or to another individual.
(b) The individual honestly and reasonably believes that the use of deadly force is necessary to prevent the imminent sexual assault of himself or herself or of another individual.
(2) An individual who has not or is not engaged in the commission of a crime at the time he or she uses force other than deadly force may use force other than deadly force against another individual anywhere he or she has the legal right to be with no duty to retreat if he or she honestly and reasonably believes that the use of that force is necessary to defend himself or herself or another individual from the imminent unlawful use of force by another individual.

As evidenced by video footage, the Weustenbergs;

1. Were not committing a crime when aggressively confronted.

2. Were in fear for their lives, as evidenced by video footage.

3. Despite having no obligation to retreat, the Weustenbergs continued to back up in an attempt to deescalate the situation.

This blasphemy is clearly Michael Bouchard and Jessica Cooper caving to societal pressure, in an effort to secure the black vote for re-election. Politics should have no place in our legal system!

Who can we rely on if we can’t trust our ‘leaders’ to protect us from such gross injustices?

We, the People, demand that the charges be dropped against the Weustenberg’s immediately, and that Takelia Hill and her daughters be arrested and appropriately charged with hate crimes.

This was a despicable and blatant miscarriage of justice, and the Weustenbergs were the real victims. Once again the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department and Jessica Cooper/The Prosecutor’s office are a disgrace and have failed the People.

Signed,

The People

These two people did not want to be another reginald denny. Too many blacks think its fine to attack cars to get to the people inside so they can beat them to death.
I dont know why black people act so crazy

but clearly they were not in control of their emotions which may explain why so many blacks get shot
Low IQ + high testosterone = a violent brew.

I've said before, that as the Left embraces barbarism, that if civilized people defend themselves, the forces of the Law will show up THEN, to use force against the victims.

I've pointed it out before and here we see it again.

This is our Civilization falling.

I got $5 sez you wouldn't say that if she was black. Racist turd.
You'd say she has a right to defend herself if that was the case.

So is it just my imagination or does the trend seem to be white people pulling guns on black people and attempting to force them to comply with their demands because I can't recall any stories about black people pulling guns on white people solely to attempt to get them to do something/stop doing something. And for the records, I'm not talking about armed robbery or anything else in that category.

I've heard some firearm instructors say that if you pull you weapon but don't use it or have to use it to defend yourself, then there was probably no threat which required an armed response to begin with. I don't fully agree with that stance because sometimes the mere sight of the weapon de-escalates the situation, but not in the last couple of these types of stories have I seen it do so. Pulling a firearm on someone for no good reason or as an attempt to intimidate can piss some people off and cause then to go on the attack because they were just threated with a deadly weapon.

If it keeps happening, then as long as the people who unlawfully pointed a weapon at another get charged and convicted, then I guess our laws are working as designed, correct?
Do you think, that pointing a weapon at a criminal, illegally blocking your way is a crime?

Someone who is blocking your way isn't a criminal.

Get a grip.

Someone who pulls a weapon and threatens a person IS a criminal.

Which is why that criminal woman and the criminal man with her was arrested and if convicted will go to prison.

While the women they pulled the weapon on who aren't criminals, are back home enjoying their lives.

See the difference?

Yep. YOu side with the criminals who started the trouble against the law abiding citizens who tried to leave.

Like you libs always do.

Mostly based on race.

Looks to me that this whole matter would have been avoided by an apology. Unfortunately it escalated beyond what it should have been. The couple should never have pulled out their weapons. The woman should not have stood behind the car and blocking their exit. Sounds like a lot of dumb decisions and the couple should be prosecuted for pulling out guns.

So I just watched all the videos and they corroborate the article.

Those gun-toting whotes deserved to behind bars.

Methinks they're TOAST!!!

The lies I'm seeing here spewed by the resident USMB white supremacists are of no surprise.

Black people standing behind vehicle preventing the white couple from leaving.

White person trying to escape the situation...charged with assault.

Here's the thing, none of the videos depict anyone blocking the car. Only the Karen saying that, but it's immediately refuted by the mother defending her daughter.
