Excellent news except they will not use a Neutron bomb, but rather the new weapon that has the force of a nuclear explosion but without radiation . See Oreshnik missiles etc

He was asked - "What do you see as the biggest challenge (economically) facing the world in the next 20 years" (paraphrase)
His answer - "What to do with excess population".
Excess population is an increasing number.
It is like this - In 1970, let's say, it takes 300 people to work to supply the needs and wants for every 1000 people. (Children and Elderly included)
By 1990, we'll say that number was 250. By 2020 it is down to 200. After AI - that number may be as low as 150.
