Conservative Fraudsters Jacob Wohl, Jack Burkman Face 4 Felonies In Michigan Over Voter Robocalls

Michigan AG Charges Two Conservatives With Felonies Over Robocall Scheme To Mislead Voters.

CBS Detroit – Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is charging in what others call “right-wing provocateurs” after they set up a racist robocall that went out to thousands of Detroiters. As we reported back in August, Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman are accused of allegedly sending out misinformation concerning the general election.

According to the Detroit News, the robocall seeks to discredit Detroit voters from mailing in their votes. Doing so would place them in a database the government and private companies would use to track them down for warrants or debt. The robocall recording claims that mailing in your vote would be used by the CDC to track people down for a mandatory vaccine. “Don’t be (inaudible) into giving your private information to the man. Stay safe, and beware of vote by mail,” concluded the recording.

Nessel charged Wohl and Burkman with a count of attempting to intimidate voters, conspiracy to commit election fraud, using a computer to attempt to intimidate voters, and using a computer to commit conspiracy. If convicted, each carries a punishment of five to seven years in prison.

Blatant Voter Intimidation using outright fucking lies to suppress the vote.

Yep, this is what Cons do. Lie, Cheat and Steal.
Oh yeah?

Democrats have s far worse trait: controlling free speech with putting down constructive criticism if it reminds people false witness used against the Republicans who win the presidency is nothing to write home about. You can help. Stop lying.

Rid the White of Facists and Nazi's. Execute Republican Traitors.

FAKE NEWS ALERT!!!!

Reason for this rating: The article contains factually incorrect disinformation

The question here is, does this call contain any misinformation? To my trained ear, the voice sounds to be that of a pre-menopausal adult black female from the midwest reading from a script who identifies herself as Tameka Taylor. Let's break it down.

"Hi. This is Tameka Taylor from Project 1599, a civil rights organization founded by Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl."

Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl say they have nothing to do with the call, and are puzzled by it. It is unknown whether the caller is actually affiliated with Project 1599.

"Mail-in voting sounds great but did you know that if you vote by mail, your personal information will be part of a public database that will be viewed by police departments to track down old warrants? And be used by credit card companies to collect outstanding debts?"

That statement is not misinformation. It is factually correct. Voter registrations are public records. In Michigan, if you register to vote, your personal information is made available to the general public, including your name, address and year of birth. And yes, police departments, debt collectors, skip tracers and others do tap this resource to track people down.

"The CDC is even pushing to use records from mail-in voting to track people for mandatory vaccines."

The operative word in that statement is "pushing". It is much too vague and subjective to definitively call it misinformation.

"Don't be fooled into giving your private information to the man. Stay safe and beware of vote by mail."

That statement is simply advice. Not misinformation.

So there you have it. The only part of the call that can possibly be misinformation is in the beginning when she says her name and affiliation.

And there is certainly nothing in the call regarding race, so it's just ridiculous moonbattery to irresponsibly say that it is a "racially charged" call.

Nothing compared to what dems do
What does one allegation have to do with the other? One of the first rules of ethics..not that you care..is that another's bad acts do not, in any way, mitigate your bad acts.

Never seen why it is so hard for anyone to condemn both actions.

Another White House Lie Goes Down In Flames.

MADISON - No Wisconsin absentee ballots were found in mail discovered in a ditch in the Fox Valley last week, the state's top election official said Thursday.

Three trays of mail were found in a ditch in Greenville last week, and the Outagamie County Sheriff's Office said at the time it included several absentee ballots.

Meagan Wolfe, director of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, said during a virtual news conference Thursday that no Wisconsin absentee ballots were found. She said she did not know if there were ballots from other states.

"There was mail found outside of Appleton and that mail did not include any Wisconsin ballots," Wolfe said.
So the ballots were found in a drainage ditch (that likely leads to a river) rather than in the actual river. A matter of semantics.

So what's your point, jackass?

Read the op. And I have always stated through the years here to throw the book at anyone guilty of crap, if they are indeed guilty.

When young right-wing scumbag Jacob Wohl isn’t allegedly trying to cook up false sexual assault charges against public health officials, he’s planning other dubious and immoral scams. Recently a series of robocalls targeting voters in “urban” areas like Detroit in order to spread misinformation in a clear attempt to scare them off voting were connected to Wohl and his partner in crapitude, Jack Burkman.

Well, looky here! On Thursday, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced charges against Wohl, who is 22, and Burkman, who is 54. And they are for-real charges. Felony charges. Specifically four charges:

This is just another example of disgusting Democrats falsely accusing others of what they are actually doing. The scumbag moonbat AG claims that the caller is making false claims when she is the one who is making false claims.

The call says...

"Mail-in voting sounds great but did you know that if you vote by mail, your personal information will be part of a public database that will be viewed by police departments to track down old warrants? And be used by credit card companies to collect outstanding debts?"

That is 100% correct. It is not false as the prosecutor would like to trick folks into believing. Those voter records are publicly available to anyone.

Here's proof... https://voterrecords.com/

And the police, debt collectors, repo men and others use that database to track people down.

The police especially love that database when they perform warrant sweeps in densely populated poor urban areas. Those people can't afford a real lawyer. So they get a public defender who works for the government and will therefore then talk them into pleading guilty, so they can pay more money to the man. It's a lucrative scam they got going on.

That's why the Democrats who control those urban hellholes don't want people to know that the police use the database to track down people with warrants.

WTF?!?...You mean to say that you doubt the veracity of an "article" that starts out with "When young right-wing scumbag..."?

Why, heavens to mergatroid! :laugh2:

But at least the spambot OP gets another tree-fiddy direct deposit, from his corporate paymasters at Daily Kooks, so it's all good.

Having a bad week huh skippy?

The rest of the month isn't looking any better for you.

Let's be honest here — the Dems can't even pretend the government is not doing this for wants and warrants and gun control blacklists as well as credit reporting and debt collection.
“Don’t be (inaudible) into giving your private information to the man. Stay safe, and beware of vote by mail,”
"The man." They give themselves away here. It's a deepfake by Democrat female impersonators or agents provocateurs. There's a lady, and she's serving divorce papers in court if she's not pressing rape charges at the same time plus a civil suit for sexual harassment.
Yep, this is what Cons do. Lie, Cheat and Steal.
This is what liberals do: perjure themselves, repeat a lie, and tell it over and over again in court until they've convinced themselves that the lie is the truth.

As far as I know, "lies" (in quotes) in a campaign cannot be prosecuted on free speech grounds. Tou may not agree, but as far as i know, that is law. Am i wrong?

This is considered voter intimidation, which is illegal.

Having a great week in a great life.....After all, I'm not the one living off of spamming agitprop dreck for my dinner.

Bullshit!

It's a factual public service announcement. In Michigan you simply cannot vote by mail without your personal information, including your name, YOB, and full address, being added to a database that is freely available to all police departments, bill collectors, stalkers and violent, abusive ex-boyfriends.

And they use that database to track people down.

That's just a FACT!

When the Democratic party voter fraudster comes knocking at the door trying trade a few dollars or a little crack rock for a ballot, people have a right to know that their name will be put in the man's database.

Democrats are afraid that calls like this will hinder their illegal ballot harvesting efforts. That's why they are freaking out about the non-intimidating factual public service announcement.
