Taken from the middle of a Tea Party post* that's too long to read:
Misconception: The First Amendment says that the government can't regulate The Worship Industry.
Completely untrue. If your worship involves blood sacrifice or blowing up people at airports, The People have every right to restrict your public activities. It is up to congress as to what activities and practices shall or shall not be acceptable. The First Amendment is sometimes called "The Establishment Clause" because it prevents the government from establishing or endorsing a religion.

Liberals always pick the part they like:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The First Amendment has become meaningless. The government can infringe on anyone’s religious freedom as they will with the homosexual ruling.
