There will be nothing new coming from President* Biden's administration. His cabinet are mostly Obama retreads and the freaks who would have been in Hillary's cabinet. His foreign policy will be the pure Clinton/Bush/Obama "wars for profit" model. His tax increases are Obama's. His healthcare "plan" is Obama's. His military strategy is G. W. Bush's. Remember, Biden sat at the feet of all these other presidents and watched them do all this. The only president he won't be able to copy from is Reagan, because he's not even half the man Reagan was.
