Honestly, the 'facts' that you just pointed out even solidify to me more that invalid mail in ballots were being counted in those heavy democrat counties. The fact that D's got more votes with less counties shows that the majority of their votes came from those very counties, and the votes are apparently increasing by a wide margin in those counties since it is taking winning less and less of those counties to win the overall race. Also in his quote that you provided he said 'usually', seems that is a rather subjective term, and certainly not 'always'.
