Actually, spending on airports is probably better done locally. If a big city needs a new one, that's not a federal issue.

Most spending in general is better to do on the state or local level.
Every airport effects every other airport. And states aren't allowed to coordinate their efforts without the consent of congress.
We have the FAA to deal with many of the complexities of airports, but in terms of maintaining a given airport, the responsibility usually falls under local control. Not every airport even has the same security standards, for example.

On the novelty of Biden calling Putin a killer - The Washington ...
https://www.washingtonpost.com › politics › 2021/03/18

Mar 18, 2021 — Biden's comment about the Russian president broke with Trump's approach — and evoked a strong reaction.
When did he say these things standing next to Putin in front of the world press?
That's why I posted the link. You wanna know. How about reading it.
You were in denial Biden said it at all? Now you want the details of where he said it.
Well TRY READING.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife, far-right activist Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, have quite the scheme going. She takes in dark money contributions to her Tea Party-connected nonprofit, Liberty Central, and organizes Republicans on exactly the kind of issues that often reach the Supreme Court. He sits on the Supreme Court and never recuses himself as justices are called on by federal law to do in certain situations, including ones where their spouses have financial interests.

And this is going on while Justice Stephen Breyer is solemnly warning that expanding the Supreme Court might be a problem because “Structural alteration motivated by the perception of political influence can only feed” the perception that the court is guided by politics, “further eroding that trust.” As if that ship had not long since sailed.

This current court is corrupt beyond all recognition. The Republicans in Congress have destroyed any precept that the court is independent, unbiased, or in any way represents the people or the very laws by which they are tasked to interpret. The Democrats have an absolute mandate to repair the damage done to the federal judiciary by a minority that has appointed it in a mistaken and corrupt sense of entitlement, the majority of the country disagrees with, and the Constitution does not recognize.
you should be more worried about the BIDENS dark money coming from CHINA and going through the Biden family who then give the "big guy" money which he hasn't even been reporting on his taxes as he has released his tax returns showing that he spends more than he makes and hasn't been reporting the extra income.

He supposedly said it on a phone call that we don't have a recording of.

In short, there's no evidence he said what you claim, and he certainly didn't say it standing next to Putin in front of the world press.

The later claim isn't true and the former claim is bullshit. That would rule out states making any of their own laws.
This proves your ignorance. The constitution specifically prevents states from coordinating without the consent of congress.

This is an infrastructure package. It's building new stuff, not maintaining current stuff.

What did Biden talk with Putin about.

Well the white house told you

He also raised other matters of concern, including the SolarWinds hack, reports of Russia placing bounties on United States soldiers in Afghanistan, interference in the 2020 United States election, and the poisoning of Aleksey Navalny.

" No State shall, without the Consent of the Congress, lay any Imposts or Duties on Imports or Exports, except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws: and the net Produce of all Duties and Imposts, laid by any State on Imports or Exports, shall be for the Use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such Laws shall be subject to the Revision and Control of the Congress. "

All that says is that states can't impose tariffs on each other.

Wrong again.

The constitution is only 4,500 words long. It's not war and peace.

If he doesn't say it in front of the press with Putin standing beside him, then it's not comparable.

You're not even capable of reading the next paragraph.

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, ... enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State,

You demonstrate you inability to function above a 3rd grade level once again. And you call other people an idiot.

Biden told it directly to Putin on the phone. And Biden released the readout of what he told Putin to the press.

When Trump talked to foreign leaders he locked the conversations away, and didn't tell anybody he even called Putin, or the president of Ukraine.

I was talking about spending in general, not specifically the recent stimulus/infrastructure bill, but I can at least support more federal funding for Interstate Highways, since those are specifically federally owned and maintained.

Well, what do you know, it does say that. Someone should tell the states that because they make agreements with each other all the time. For instance, they agreed to help enforce each other's traffic tickets.
