Protesting is a right, right there in the first amendment.
Looting is not protected by the Constitution
Protesting is. What tRump did to the protesters in the park today was a clear cut first amendment violation.

You constitutionalists should be up in arms.

The fact that you aren't says volumes about your dedication to American values.

Again, the looting and violence that accompanies the protests is not protected speech

When they start shooting people, they become police, judge and jury.

Welcome lawlessness to fight lawlessness.

What could go wrong?
People have a right to protect them and theirs, sweetie.
If you start shooting unarmed people it gets dicey.

I'm pro-law enforcement. Not vigilantism
A man has the right to protect his property and his life and his family.

They don't violate that then they will not get shot........if they ignore it......OH WELL.

Play taps.
Life and family sure.

Property is something else.
In any CIVILIZED NORMAL State the law allows protection of property as well as life. NO ONE has the right to destroy someone elses livelihood or their property.

It’s set for DC tonight
About 50 now have committed to line target areas and offer protection that law enforcement, mayor and governors won’t provide because they are too busy arresting church attendees
The lawless farce is ovet and property will be provided some protection even if poluce won’t do it .
I just watched live video of terrorists in DC attacking and permanently damaging, trying to permanently destroy, more national monuments. So much for Trump's promise to stop it. He need only order the Secretary of the Army to put a stop to it but he's not. If there was a different Republican right now, I'd vote for him.

What could POSSIBLY go wrong here?
This is exactly what we have a Second Amendment for and they will hardly be the first ones to do this. I've seen several examples of business owners and others guarding their properties with rifles. In every instance they were spared the carnage and not a single shot was fired.
This is NOT what the second amendment is for.
LOL, because Creepy says so. GTFO
STFU, redneck.
LOL, redneck? I grew up in southern California and spent most of the last decade in Germany.
Large groups of looters are gathering at Fashion Island and South Coast plaza waiting for nightfall to attack. The National Guard has been called with a two hour notice. My neighbors are suited up.

There is a CVS in Rancho Santa Margarita that is surrounded by looters armed with rocks, bricks and metal bars. Citizens have grabbed their weapons and are on the way.

San Pedro has put out a community alert that carloads of looters are driving around looking for any business to destroy.
Vigilantism is every bit as illegal as looting.

If they start shooting they are murderers and should be treated as such.
If they shoot protesters they are heroes.
Really?

Protesting is legal.

Riots are not.
Protesting is a right, right there in the first amendment.
RIOTING is NOT a right, burning killing destroying is NOT protected by the Constitution, never has been.

If they are defending property and being threatened with violence, then they have the right to defend themselves. No, this is not the Arbery case where Arbery was, at the very worst anyone can claim was running from a crime. If the terrorists turn and run from the citizens then the citizens are not justified in shooting. It's pretty much up to the terrorists.

If the cops are not allowed to do their jobs, volunteers will do it for them.

We were stupid to listen to liberals blather about excessive force in the face of organized rioting.
"Volunteers" will be preventing the cops from doing their jobs.
No, spineless politicians prevent the police from doing their jobs. Time to shoot and cuff.

Turns out firearms are a pretty good deterrent from crime. We should make a law.
Maybe put it in the Constitution even.

Actually...looters are reprehensible (and they come in all colors, or did you know that?).
I have noticed

we would hope that intergration would improve the behavior of black people

But instead it is lowering the standards of whites
I'm sorry to disappoint you but the standards for the paler half were already low.

No one said they did.

But if you value property over life...well...that's kind of warped.

True rightwing idiocy.
The Sheriff of Polk County, Fl has given the go ahead for all homeowners with weapons to defend their homes. And they do own their guns there. If the Prog Socialists come in to rob, start a fire, assault or anything... The Sheriff said..."Blow them away"!
Big difference between defending your own property and home and life versus going away from your home looking for someone to shoot and boasting on the Internet that 10 are going to get it and that you hope to be on TV.

I don't value your property over life. I don't even value my property over life. I value my liberty over life and to live life such that anyone stronger can, at any time, take what you own, what you've worked hard to earn, is NOT liberty. Leftists will never understand that.

No evidence that Floyd death based on race. Just criminal conduct by a bunch of losers.

To libtard 'thinking', guilt and innocence are GROUP qualities, not individual properties.

You are thus innocent or guilty, not based on what you do, but what group you fall into.

This is why Libtards are fundamentally unable to govern during times of crisis like this.

Why don't you share that video? Or admit it's yesterday's news?

Headed down
Quiet for a while and then hope you see me on TV
Idiots like you do far more harm to conservatives and to the right to keep and bear arms than do the leftist gun controllers.

I hope your car breaks down and you can't get where you're going. I don't want you arrested because that's when we see you on the news. I don't want you killing someone defending what is not yours because that's what we'll see on the news. I do hope that, for each and every one of you, Antifa and other looters rob your houses while you're out being fucking stupid.

Protecting your own property and family isn’t “vigilantism”, it’s a God given right.
Unfortunately, Weather53 didn't say he's staying home to protect his property; he's going to 15th Street to spread out along it with about 17 others and look for someone to shoot. I'm seeing this too late at night, or I'd be off of here and calling the FBI about a threat of an active shooter in DC.
