What part do you not understand about law enforcement policy prohibiting police officers from firing in to a moving car, except if someone in the car is using a firearm at them? It is against LE regulations for an officer to put himself in front of a moving car to give an excuse to shoot in to the car....NOT SHOOTING in to a moving car is the MANDATE for an officer, with very very very few exceptions.

Any officer being tapped by a car he put himself in front of, IS NOT ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS.

Making two extra shots at the driver after he was out of the way of the car he intentionally put himself in front of, also broke their regs on this.

You are not a cop, your example of yourself fails.

The idea is for law enforcement is to protect citizen's 4th Amendment rights....not give them an excuse to defy them.
